Strength: 100 (they are often induced into larger formations but this sub is only about this core of 100 storm troopers around Weiss)
Description: The 337th was formed and trained on Crina under the heigh days of the Imperial Remnant empire. there they served for years and was finally brought under Weiss's command just weeks before the One sith invasion of the former Capital. It was here that they saw their Emperor defeated and killed, their capital destroyed and the remnants of the Empire sailing away to find new purpose elsewhere.
Dispersed the unit was reformed at the hard work of its commander Weiss. Being a brutal but efficient storm trooper Weiss ensured that each and every trooper undergoes harsh training, giving the soldiers iron discipline along with some of the best trooper training available for storm troopers at this time. Having seen a multitude of battles on various locations the troopers have undergone heavy bombardment, facing siths in open combat, battled storm troopers of competing empires along with many other challenges.
This is 10 storm trooper squads each lead by sergeants very loyal to the ideals of their commander Weiss.
These troopers are indoctrinated with Imperial Propaganda and truly believe in a tyrannical empire ruling with an iron fist to ensure law and order. Nothing else is possible. With this in mind these troopers are often lost at the current turmoil of galactic spanning politics and have put their trust in their commander Weiss who, is in constant search for what he believes to be the true Empire. While they would follow Weiss to a large extent this indoctrination would however make them loppose their commander should he choose to serve a government not resting on these beliefs.
The Unit is seldom opening up for fresh recruits. Being an infantry unit individual troopers are killed ever so often but its reputation has earned it the right to draft other elite troopers from other units refilling their ranks with the best of the best in whatever Empire they serve. those recruits that do find their way into the ranks of the 337th are short lived due to the nature of the units mission. But if they do live, they too are soon experienced and highly trained members.
While often being integrated into larger untis these troopers are best used while kept together in their own squad formation, forming 10 infantry squads each with a sergeant leading them.
