The Archmage

Like most - if not all - of you know, I have been the sole admin of this faction and also the temporary Archmage. But these times should end soon due to the reason, that IC things are keeping Malificete away from the Council. This means one thing: the Archmage position will be vacant.

But there's also another thing. Since our faction is under the protection of CIS, our leader must be present in the faction. Again, IC things won't allow me to become a member of them. Since most of our members are also members of other Major Factions, most of us can't go there and represent the Confederacy in monthly check-ins.

So here comes my question: should we have a NPC Archmage or a PC Archmage?

Please let me know which one of you'd like.

NPC. I'd offer to but Alachei's in the Senate now and Saera+Ashelotte are just initiates. Saera is a Templar though.

An NPC Archmage allows everyone else to function as 'normal' members, and also means they're more likely to be able to 'participate' in a given RP in moments of reflection and the like.

I'm leaning towards NPC, Unless there is someone who you feel is capable and wants to lead it.

Actually, I have considered you. It was some time ago, but then I understood how many responsibilities you already have and how 'wanted' your character is, so I decided: "Maybe later."

But like the most active members have said, the Archmage will be a NPC (until there is a capable person who I can really trust, who can also help at keeping the faction active and who has time for it).
