The Art of Flowing Water [Maya]

Tython had fallen, and was now lost to the Jedi Order; the Republic had dwindled, following the odd turn of events that was the emergence of the Netherworld, and while it still remained its presence in the Galaxy had become quelled. Many people had disappeared, and most of those had never returned. Thankfully for Eli, he had been one of the few who remained behind. He never had to go through the horrors of Chaos or the afterlife.

Having been relocated on Voss upon the return of those who had managed to escape, Eli lived out his days once more in solitude; his room, while able to be adorned as he wished, was plain and minimalist in accordance with his Traditionalist approach to his training, which was currently self-administered. But today Eli was not lingering indoors. Truth be told, he did a lot of his best work outdoors - under the sun and with the sound of the babbling brook in the distance.

Out within a flat plain of grass, surrounded by trees and with nothing but a beautiful blue sky overhead, Eli had closed his eyes and slipped into a meditative state some hours earlier. How long, he did not know for sure... The peaceful state could set him back days if he permitted it! But he had strong willpower, and knew just when to fade back out of it.

Unlike most students, Eli's methods of meditation were odd to say the least... Utilizing a modified version of Alchaka, the young Mirialan was supporting his full body weight on one hand, suspended upside-down. Every so often - and without breaking his meditative state - he would lower himself back down to the grass in order to allow the blood flow to return back to normal, before repeating the process once again.

Two black eyes had keep eye on the green skin creature was in his hunting territory. For now he would over look the flesh. In the time knowing his master wouldn't like going after some more of this good smell fresh meat. Soon enough seeing something else come into his sight. This one he knew not by smell alone but also but the force bond that was place on each other.

As if she already knew where he had hidden himself. Waiting for his own master to cue him to come out of hiding. Flowing over what only could be the vegetation that would be of different colors. Some plants native other that had been imported. It made for a good camouflages. Coming over as putting a hand on her oldest companion.

"Come Hunter, lets us great this one."

It had came to her attention since taking over Headmistress that there was some with out Master still. It didn't matter now that she had pick up this one reading what he done since coming to make this his home. Being one of the first to come over to the Academy residence.

As the bottom of her robes rushed the grass with it silver thread. Her own blue hair was catching the ray of her hair, with the pinkish of herself. Getting closer to where he was medication, looking at him with a bit of oddness. Still wasn't one to question as she herself wasn't as much with her own training and medication at times. Waving for Hunter her AKK dog from the jungles of Huran Kal.

"Greetings my student" , letting her own pink eyes dance upon this one, letting her own force flow from her now. It was that of peace but more deeper then that as if she was one in this place as if she was part of the nature.

Despite the depth of his meditation, Eli was not unaware of his surroundings. After all, to allow himself to do so would be folly would it not? No, this particular Initiate had spent years honing his meditative abilities until they were almost perfected; the lack of a Master or even a tutor over the past few years of his life had led him to do such, practice was all he could do. It was difficult to teach yourself new forms and force powers, no matter how much you read up on them, and Eli never claimed to be particularly strong at either.

Feeling the presence of another in the vicinity the young man lowered himself down from the odd stance to a seated position. He remained there for a moment, having already heard the greeting of the woman, and opened his eyes to readjust. "Greetings, Master Jedi" he began, pushing up from the ground until he was standing before her. Then, out of respect, his body lowered forward into a deep bow. Realizing that he was still without a shirt to speak of, Eli proceeded to rise back up and reached out to grasp his tunic from the ground at his side.

Pulling the soft fabric back over his torso the Mirialan finally glanced upon the woman and found a Zeltron staring back at him. A measured smile brought itself upon his lips - yet it was not out of fondness or attraction, simply by way of greeting. "How may I help you, Master?" It was a rare occasion indeed that Eli was drawn from his solitary study and training by a Master of the Order; most had gotten used to seeing him in the courtyards or surrounding plains since he was brought here. Honestly, the boy wouldn't have been surprised if he was about to be informed of his imminent departure to the Jedi Corps, or something similar.

Since taking the position of Head Mistress. After many weeks of getting the student to be settle in. Looking over the Mirialan before her seeing that he wasn't anything short of what known of the race. Very fit, was indeed the case what she had read. Now questioning if this was the reason why he was still with out a Master. Pausing for him to put on his shirt, after which came the bow out of respect. Something in her younger years wouldn't be pulling one teeth. As by now a kisses would been planted on both side of the cheeks.

Without much came the flooding of emotions from this one, all she could do was smile.

Eli Koreve, please have a come sit down with me.

Moment like this she knew would make or break what she had to tell him. It seem that her own words choosing has raise the motions in her. It was also a test to him also, with that of seeing how much respect. Among how he handle her pheromones that she natural produce, but careful as how she now spoke to him.

"I been watching you for a while now, your work ethics as came to my attention. My next question as much as you taken upon yourself to learn, will you be open to having a Master to learn from." with this it would also mean working very closely with her, at time but she seen how he was with the others or latch of it. It was that she seen something that none of the other Master had seen in him that was what he had to offer others in the order. That is if he could find himself opening up. Which knowing this to well when she first came to Voss and the founding of the Silver Jedi Order.

She keep to herself the wildlife and planet life was her learning her force bonded. That which now she had one of the deepest harmony to the planet. With that she waited for his answer. In that time Hunter her Akk dog came up to lay down by her, to see what his reaction would be of him as not yet telling him that most of the training would either by in a group or out in the nature.

This would be Hunter, [member="Eli Koreve"]

Taking the time to flatten down his tunic, so that his appearance was disciplined and clean, Eli schooled his thoughts and felt at peace within himself. Whenever he left his meditative state the young Mirialan was always tranquil of mind and emotion, cleansed so to speak. There was nothing noteworthy happening within him, besides a small amount of curiosity towards the woman's intentions here.

When the woman invited him to sit with her, the young Jedi inclined his head gently. "As you wish, Master" he said, respectfully stepping closer to the Master Jedi before taking a seat upon a roughly shaped boulder. Instinctively his legs folded until they were crossed, his posture tall and straight.

While able to feel the pheromones coursing from the woman, Eli had been within the Jedi for long enough now to know how to counteract the effects. Utilizing a form of waking meditation, he continually cleared his mind and kept himself at peace. After all, he had been a Jedi for the entirety of his life, and such tactics were ones he had been trained to use from the day he was first introduced to the concept of meditation and emotional cleansing.

The question that was brought about had the young lad tilt his head to one side. Somewhere in the back of his mind he recalled a similar conversation he had gone through with Master Vosra, back on Tython. Their partnership hadn't lasted very long, with the loss of Tython and the Netherworld's unveiling sticking a spanner into their plans. Was the Force testing him a second time? Or would he truly have a Master to learn from again? It had been so long since he'd been made to take over his own teachings...

"The concept of having someone to learn from, and someone to assist on the field, is one I can appreciate, Master; there is only so much one can do alone." And Eli wanted to make a difference to the Galaxy, he wanted to render aid as the Jedi of old had done. He wanted to help.

When the Akk Dog neared them, his curiosity piqued even more so; while he was able to conquer this trait by now, it still had its uses. Turning his attention between the Zeltron and then the hound he once again inclined his head gently. "Greetings, Hunter" he said, by way of greeting. After all, a Jedi was taught to respect all life - sentient or otherwise.

All around them there was life flowing even every breath that was taken between them. All in all as she thought over what going to take place with that was to take on [member="Eli Koreve"] as her student. Knowing as she watched him with the careful eyes of hers. That he had some training just how much was still to be seen. It was after all a very careful plan. As to where he also stood in the bathing of the light side of the force. One couldn't always tell, how much of a root one had with the force. Each one bring something different to the field.

"What training have you had before coming here, Koreve? I only ask to help to know what I made do as your Master...." letting that hang in the air. As if that wasn't enough looking at him now with the easy of her own eyes. Ones that said much more then just looking at him as one of the many student that was around the temple. Knowing some would never find a master, or just one at less.

"What I'm trying to say is that I will be your master, but I will leave this up to after all one should have a choice in this matter also, don't you agree." , letting the blade of grass touch her hand as she then let the force flow in it to grow it up.

"Just like this blade of grass Im here to help you grow in the way of the force even be here for you after which time you have been made a Knight.", holding a bond like this with her student was something that made it stronger to be of the light to be that root deeply knowing where one comes from drawling from it in time of need. Also not to let him know how much proental he had with in him to be something great in the order that others can look up for leadership someday.
