The Banshee also features a pair of electrified prongs which act like, and are in fact powered by the components of a stun baton.
- Resistance: Ferrocarbon\Cortosis weave carapace makes the weapon highly resistant to energy damage, including lightsabers, Allowing the weapon to be used in melee against lightsabers.
- Range: The power output has been adjusted to increase projecticel velocity via increased power consumption, At the cost of highly reduced rate of fire.
- Breech loaded: The weapon is breech loaded, Meaning that a single gas power cell must be manually loaded into the firing mechanism before each shot, Making rapid fire impossible.
- Armour: Though the sonic disruptor can pierce energy shields, It cannot pierce some physical shields. Anything that cannot be burnt through via the extreme energy or sonic damage will simply block the disruptor's shot, Though any electrical components or systems within will short circuit.

The original design was commissioned by a Mandalorian Bounty Hunter known as "Voska Naudir" by Kaine Australis, But after his disappearance, It came into the hands of the Jawa Erdish Hane, And was traded to joti in exchange for a Beskad. Once acquired, The weapon was modified by Joti herself, Shortening the barrel, Changing the finish and making adjustments to the internals, Adding an electrictrified and stunning quality to the forward prongs, And increasing the power consumption for even higher stopping power and range.
Unknowing of the prototype model's name, She has simply named it "Banshee", On account of the startling scream it produces when firing.
