OOC Info: Drawing inspiration from all things Tarantino the Black Tie Syndicate embodies everything from the interesting and unique dialogue to the the heavy amounts of violence and language. So it's safe to say if you are not used to RPing your sweet innocent Jedi padawan then this faction is not for you. It will contain a lot of mature themes so we ask that if you do join be prepared for what was stated above.
The faction also is about your creative freedom, not just Tarantino type RP. When you join the faction you are welcome to create whatever kind of RP that you want and what makes you have fun. So you are welcome to do whatever and be whatever you want.
Leadership: The Black Tie Syndicate consists of various crews, gangs, and cliques. In doing so there is no one IC leader in control of everything. The Black Tie Council is the governing body of the Syndicate, it consists of the leaders or representatives of each gang involved in the syndicate, think of it as a Republic Senate for scumbags and criminals. The people on the council make the decisions in which the faction goes in through voting on various issues, however since this is the criminal world much more nefarious tactics can be taken to see the goals of your gang forwarded. Any member that joins is more than welcome to start their own gang or clique and have a seat on the council, this means you will play an important IC part in shaping the factions path in the galaxy.
Goals: Everything. That's the goal of the Syndicate. To overtime take complete control of the biggest criminal underworld locations, connections, and gangs. The Black Tie Syndicate is looking to aggressively expand, and if it means stepping on a few toes and slitting a few throats then that's what's got to be done. From smuggling drugs, rare materials, guns, anything and everything that is illegal the Black Ties want a piece. When you join the Syndicate you are on the front lines of criminal RP to murder and control everything. Make sure your enemies expect you like the second coming of space Jesus.
Summary: The Black Ties are basically your home for criminal RP. Shoot, stab, murder, steal, whatever your flavor is we can hook it up. Take part in the main story line or don't, whatever you want and makes you have fun we completely support. All you have to do is show up and we'll lay down some fun threads with you. Organize contracts with companies, buy or sell drugs, our main goal OOCly is that you are having fun and enjoying being a part of this faction.
