When Kalic Daws heard of a podrace, he decided to test his metal in the event. But with a requirement that would leave him blind, the Miraluka had to get creative. Getting back in touch with the designer of his Y-Wing, the pair devised a unique pod for him. Designed like the FG 8T8-Twin Block2 Special, the Blind Nexu is created specifically with Kalic's needs in mind. The craft has a sensor package on board, and a slot for Kalic's astromech to sit in. While racing, the mech will play navigator will Kalic does the actual piloting.
The Nexu is a very agile podracer, though it may not be as fast as other, and armed with a pair of forward mounted laser cannons.
