- Hangar Space: The Boneyard has several docking bays for capital ships and its Breaker Yards serve as docking bays for smaller ships.
- Maneuverability Rating: Very Low
- Speed Rating: Very Low
- Hyperdrive: Class 3.0
- Breaker Yards: Several large dock-bays equipped with massive industrial arms, saws, tractor beams, and lasers used to break apart salvage into various components and materials. These yards can maintain an atmosphere but lack any gravity, allowing heavy materials to be moved around easily.
- Tractor Beams: Several external tractor beams used to move ships, debris, asteroids, or a variety of other things (up to frigate sized) around the station or into its Breaker Yards.
- Smelter and Metal Factories: The salvaged materials are smelted down and shaped into various forms for use or ingots to be shipped off and sold.
- Machinist Factory: At the heart of The Boneyard is a large mostly automated factory used to produce tools, weapons, armor, and ship components to fuel Otkasi Süyekjïnagistar.
- Scrambling Systems: The Boneyard has several relays and radar dishes used to send out massive amounts of radio garble and various wavelengths to disrupt sensors and other devices used to detect or find ships. It certainly doesn't hide The Boneyard from being seen or even knowing its there, but it makes it incredibly difficult to find in the many miles these systems scramble.
- Open Sesame: The Boneyard is hidden within the field created by its scrambling systems and can only be found using a unique bandwith shared only by Otkasi Süyekjïnagistar.
- Too Many Hulls: There was a lot of scrap left by the annihilation of Csilla, and a good amount of which ended up in the many hulls and armor plating of The Boneyard making its hull incredibly difficult to penetrate.
- Lack of Shields: The Boneyard lacks any significant shields, only small mostly useless energy fields to help deter radiation and small asteroids. Any significant fire could break through it pretty easily and begin chipping away at the hull.
The Boneyard is externally a mess: scraps of hundreds of ships welded together in a patchwork of armor, hull, and exposed rooms. It is internally, also a mess: A jungle of corridors, rooms, and passageways that twist and turn in an almost unpredictable way. The interior resembles an insect nest more than a sophisticated space station with rough ladders and climb-ways instead of elevators in most sections. The most sophisticated parts of the station are the factories/breaker yards and the elevators/conveyor belts that connect them.
The only exception to this the Setelkik Quarter, one of the three hab-spheres attached haphazardly to the main station. The Setelkik Quarter was built to house remnant Chiss that the Otkasi Süyekjïnagistar saved from various ships, stations, or habitats that were ravaged during the destruction of Csilla. These Chiss are not considered true citizens of Otkasi Süyekjïnagistar, but The Vulture has apparently grown a special interest in them and has unofficially adopted them into his community. The Setelkik Quarter may resemble the rest of the station externally, but within it is far more sophisticated as it was designed and built by the Chiss within the spherical space they were given. This refugee community has thus steadily begun to adapt to the Özeminar and their strangeness, even joining in some of the factory and ship-breaking work.
