This thread will serve as a form of in-house bounty board. The objective of the Sith Inquisition is to hunt down traitors within, and without, the Empire. This includes player characters. I am a firm believer of in-character actions, having in-character consequences. So if you are a member of The One Sith, and a faction it is opposing, you may find yourself on this list.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Non-Inquisitors may only accuse a player character of being a suspected apostate. It is the duty of the Inquisitors to investigate, and confirm the guilt, or innocence, of the suspected.

In cases involving any treasonous and otherwise heretical acts the Inquisition has overriding jurisdiction, and the power to immediately seize control over all imperial assets involved in the case at hand. When an Inquisitor begins an official investigation, all imperial authorities must "step aside", cease all operations involving said case, prepare a Situational Report, and never impede the Inquisitor's ability to investigate and apprehend the traitor. Obstructing an Inquisitorial Case is a very serious crime, any and all individuals involved in said charges regardless of position can be apprehended.

If one feels they are being wrongfully treated as per Imperial Law, that the Inquisitor is not acting pursuant to his ideals, and codes, they may appeal to the a High Inquisitor. It is up to the plaintiff to bring a Writ of Certiorari to the High Inquisitor, who will use it to decide whether he will officially get involved in the case. Only High Inquisitors can open up investigations of corruption charges against other Inquisitors. No Writ of Certiorari can be brought against the Dark Council. The only individual who can officially open up an investigation against Dark Councilors is the Grand Inquisitor.

One Sith Faction Admin Note: This is not to be used to facilitate OOC drama. Nor will metagaming be allowed. Please have legitimate reasons for why your character may suspect anothers of being a traitor.
