The Calm After The Storm (Alexandra)

Alexandra's home was truly something different, not everyone had a complex to themselves. It was so big that it was once a temple for the Order of the Grey, but now it was nowhere near as lively as it used to be. A slight sadness came over Minna as she walked into the courtyard, pulling down her grey hood to gaze upon the building's walls. Her feelings quickly went, as she knew they would find a new home for the order, somewhere better to preserve the knowledge and teachings they shared between each other.

The Yodaling reached out to the force slightly, touching upon Alex's presence nearby and attempting to bring her attention to the courtyard. She could have shouted, but the size of Minna's throat prevented her from being loud enough to grab anyone's attention, and knowing that Sith were present on the same planet made her cautious, despite the fact that they would probably be far from Alex's home.

Quelling the stream of thoughts in her head, Minna waited patiently for her master, and friend.

Alexandra stood up and went to the edge as she looked over the edge and smiled, yelling down as her use of the force would be a very heard thing to do. "UP HERE MINNA." She smiled wide at the one that had once been a student, that was now a knight and she was a pride that Alex held, a successful student that Alexandra would only smile at. She never left the Garden up on the roof anymore, loving the feeling the nexus gave her, her eyes running over the flowers she had been tending to.

She collapsed on her knees again and she touched the petals of a flower, breathing in the scent and smiling wide at it. Her eyes moving to the edge of the roof once Alex would wait for her, happy to see her student once more.

Minna looked up, spotting Alex upon the garden that blossomed from the Light Side Nexus. Need one of those in our new home, we shall. She thought to herself, before running forward suddenly. After a few fast steps, the Yodaling sprung into the air, high enough to just reach the roof garden and land infront of her master. With a warm smile, Minna straightened out her robe which had been disturbed on the way up, before nodding in greeting. "Some time, it has been. Some catching up to do, we have." Her left hand reached out, running her finger along the stem of the flower next to the one Alex was touching. Even on her knees Alex was slightly higher up than Minna, but it felt abit better to not have to look up as much as she usually had to.

She smiled, listening to her student and smiling wide. And then, out of a pure moment of humor she patted mInna's head quickly. "Well, its beyond good to see you again. I hope you are ok Minna, most of the Order is off planet, so don't worry about them, they are safe." She turned and rested her back against the tree and smiled at the yodaling.

Minna winced slightly at the patting of her head, but gave a small grunting sound that could constitute as a laugh for her species. "I see. What have you been doing in the mean time, hmm?" She pointed for a moment at Alex, before returning her hand to the flower. Her eyes briefly closed as she felt the light side of the force flow through the plant, and through every plant around her. It had been quite some time since she experienced the pure bliss of this nexus, and she sure did miss it's calmness. In fact, she missed everything about this place, including the people.

"Oh you know, fight for the Sith, figure out you love someone, get captured and nearly killed by bounty hunters, have all your memories wiped till you then get most of them back but still have no longer any memories about how to use or control the force... that stuff. Oh and this from that love someone story..." She smiled and patted her stomach, the second life signature made painfully obvious. "This happened about two months ago, only found out last week."

Something had been bugging Minna, she knew something was different. Not just the memory wipe, but she could sense something different, and this must have been it. The Yodaling looked at the Echani's stomach, smiling at it as if it were already another person. "Been busy, you have then." She let out her version of a laugh again, returning her eyes up to Alex's face. "Seen Veino, have you? Know what he has been up to?" Minna asked, curious as to what Veino had done with himself since she had only spoke to one Grey member since her absence, and that was William.

"Hes fighting for the Republic, as is Hakora, both of them seem to have taken a liking into protecting the Republic... in truth though, i could care less who wins out the who Sith versus Jedi thing, i just am hoping the winners don't harm my students, else they will find themselves dealt with immediately... I could swear though, i hear him hitting the ground every time he sees someone pretty, must be the memories." She smiled as she looked at the leaves on the tree.

"The Republic..." Minna exhaled, thinking back to when she returned to visit the Jedi Temple, only to be looked upon with pity and distrust. It was to be expected of course, but nevertheless it was unpleasant. "Hate them, I do not. But, heavily dislike both sides, I do. May I suggest that our next home be far away from either of them, hmm?" Her hand stopped touching the flower, as she turned to face Alexandra fully. It would make sense for a neutral order such as theirs to be out of controlled space, but in the end it was up to Alexandra. Whether or not she had her memories fully, she was still the leader, and as long as she led, Minna would follow for sure.

"I was actually considering Yavin 4, its got a nice bunch of temples we can re purpose, plenty of room to train students, and we will be untouched by the pest that is called planetary Government... im sure i can convince whoever owns the sector to let us reside there if we don't interrupt their mining operations on Yavin itself." She thought carefully before smiling. "And its not my Decision Minna, my use of the force is useless now, atleast for a while..."

"Your use of the force is no difference. The leader you are. Doubt about that, there is not." Minna nodded to reinforce her point, looking rather serious, like she normally did when talking. "Quickly, you will learn. A feeling, I have." Her face relaxed slightly, yet she continued to look straight at Alex. "Sounds reasonable, does Yavin 4. Where the Jedi Praxeum was once, a suitable placing for learning, it is." The Yodaling turned, looking out into the distance, gazing at somewhere between the forest's treeline and the planet's sky. "But when, hmm? And would Veino return from the Republic to help?"

"These are decisions that i may not be around to see come to pass. There is a storm coming Minna, i can't stay near the order as often as i would wish, and i cannot ask the order to help. As for Veino Garn, i am sure he will return soon, he is devoted and holds the same vision as you." She turned her smile to Minna and there tinged a bit of sadness in that smile. "Minna, i have a question for you, do you wish you could stop the powers that hold this galaxy could be stopped by committing unforgivable evils? No matter if it is the Jedi, Sith, or governments like the Republic in general?"

"Wish, I do. But possible it is not. Existed for thousands of years, all of them have. Not for a long time, will they be gone..." Minna looked back to Alex, noticing the slight sadness. It troubled her that her master was going through all of this, yet she knew there was nothing she could do. "If ever need help, you do, find me, you must." She nodded, wanting to make sure that Alex knew Minna was there for her. It was obvious the Yodaling cared alot for her Master, as she did for everyone in the order. Nowhere else had she felt part of a family, and she sure didn't want to lose that...
