The Chancellorate
"
All within the Chancellorate, nothing outside the Chancellorate, nothing against the Chancellorate"

The Diarchy's Government

The Chancellorate is the political, bureaucratic, executive and legilative body of the Diarchy. It is the body of Politicians, Ambassadors, Planet and Sector Diarchs and, specially, of the High Chancellor, who oversees and rules over it with the power given by the Diarchs. It is divided into Central Chancellorate, the Diarchy's governing body consisting of Planet Dyads, Zone Dyads and the High Chancellor himself; the Council of Planets, a legislative body of representatives from each planet of whose mission is to guide and council the High Chancellor by creating new legislation to be approved by Chancellory Decree; and the Diarchal Legatorum, consisting of Ambassadors and Diplomats to take care of Foreign Affairs, negotiations, treaties and alliances.

Central Chancellorate

The Central Chancellorate is the Diarchy's governing body, all but the High Chancellor made of two integral administrators: the Zone or Planet Seneschal, a military leader indicated by the High Council and the Zone or Planet Governor, a political leader elected by popular vote. Save very few excessions (during wars, for example, where the Seneschal takes most of the power to himself, and on the rare case of a single individual governing a sector or planet), the Dyad has to debate and govern together. If it ever comes to a stalemate, both proposals are presented for the High Chancellor to decide the best outcome.

Zones - Zones are military, administrative and political divisions of the Diarchy's territory, and are made of a collection of Hexes. The Diarchy's current territory is made of three Zones:

The Capital Zone - The first Zone of the Diarchy to be founded, it consists of Bastion, PL-40112-CE-021105, Echoy'la and Dubrillion

The Industrial Zone - The developing Zone of the Diarchy was created after the conquest of Bescane. It consists of Bescane and https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Taspir_III

The Diarchal Legatorum

The Diarchal Legatorum is the Diarchy's representative, either fixed or temporary, in foreign territories. The Diplomats and Legators serve a double function in the Diarchy: while they are to represent the State, they are to serve The Network and its desires while on it, either by coordinating agents, managing logistics for them, or serving as operatives themselves. For that, only the best spies are chosen to be Diplomats or Legators, and are well aware of the risks: they are to be killed if taken captive and no escape is possible. The Diplomats, specifically, are trained in the darkside to be able to read and influence minds in such a way that the Diarchy always comes on top.
