Description: This, the Chasm of Passing, is a sprawling chasm that is as logic would say impossibly deep. It appears to have no bottom and there are no landmarks or anything to distinguish one part from another. It seems to go on for an eternity in either direction and there appears to be no way to cross. There is a strange peacefulness in the sound of the wind that passes through the canyon. It is a place of homage, homage to the Force.
The bottom of the chasm, which is not found without much climbing and falling, is a place of absolute silence. All noise is muted and one cannot even hear his own words down there. Those that have found their way down seldom return, but they are not frightened of that fate, for the peace that one feels at the lip of the chasm is even more potent in its belly. The muting seems to affect all emotion as well as noise, as only a simple peace remains once one has entered here.
