The Constellation: Aestus holds primacy in fulfilling major manufacturing contracts for the Astrorum Imperium. At the command of Aeternum (Emperor), the Aestus' forges will manufacture and construct whatever the Imperium requires. Arms, armor, and ships are some of the most common orders placed by the Imperium to secure its space from opposing regional forces.

While private requests, especially by other Constellations or Nobles, are accepted any placed by the Emperor will always take priority. Aestus does not receive requests from outside of the Imperium due to their remote location, but if they were received they would be prioritized beneath any request by the Imperium or its representatives.

Fortunately, the Astrorum Imperium is rich in uninhabited celestial bodies that can be harvested for raw materials. Strip mining habitable worlds is not necessary. There are times were a material mineral or substances can only be found on inhabited worlds, and in those cases the Imperium will weigh where it is necessary to relocate inhabitants for the greater good -- a decision ultimately reached made by the Emperor.

Suun Verity does not own The Constellation 'Aestus,' but as a high-ranking officer in the Imperium she has established and maintains close ties to the source of the fleet's technological might. No matter how well-crafted their ships are, inevitably service is necessary, and at times missions can arise requiring unexpected materials or resources that only Aestus can provide. Personal interests aside, only fools would not seek a strong relationship with what amounts to a manufacturing monopoly in the Imperium. The resources afforded to their forges and factories are second to none, and their research and development sectors are unrivaled.

Their services to analyze and report on alien technologies are also instrumental to Suun Verity's present mission; they will ensure the Imperium does not fall victim to Obscura Res' treachery.[/FONT]
