Loyalty to the Sith is embedded into its very DNA, and if it pleases you I will arrange for the specimen to be in its infantile stages, so that it can more easily be made to consider you its one and only mistress. (Don't worry, they grow up quickly --- unfortunately, they also become all but immobile just as quickly.)
