The Death of House Sorenn-Syrush: Part 3 - The Old Guard
There had been few in the Galaxy that had even seen the face of her daughter - not even Lady Kay, the Queen of Commenor had seen [member="Imperia Sorenn-Syrush"] - until recently when the young woman had been so brazen as to storm into the Queen's office looking for help. So few had see her - and those that had were already removed from the picture save a few that could not be so easily disappeared. Thus she had to resort to her oldest of allies, a friend that she was sure wouldn't want anything to do with her - or rather one that probably had already consoled her daughter over her death.
Sitting quietly in the office, she kept her attention out the window, ensuring that they would have some privacy at the very least. Pushing herself up, she stood at the window now - her attention focused upon the view beyond as she let out a soft sigh. Her ears perked up upon hearing the door hiss open before she slowly turned to see the two women there, a soft smile upon her lips.
Her daughter was safe - it had appeared that she had trusted her with the right woman - then her attention shifted to her; the woman that she had gone after for many years now and the one she always felt had slipped away. A heavy sigh escaped her lips, a heavy burden upon her mind and though she felt she needed to tell [member="Fiore de Noir"] the exact relationship between her and the young woman at her side, she knew now was not the proper time or place.
Still, she steeled her mind before stepping forward, snapping her fingers as the windows tinted to provide them with a bit more privacy.
"Fiore, I must thank you for keeping Imperia safe - though I've much more to ask of you."
