The Subjugator Class Heavy Cruiser was a concept many Ancient and modern CIS Ship Engineers dreamed of making more practical, seeing ships like The Malevolence as devastating, but ultimately not seeing the Forest for the trees. Various Scientists would explore variants that didn't rely on the vessel being essentially a Mobile, Fleet Destroying Super Weapon, and this ship was born of such a Concept that was known as Subjugator Beta, trying to take all that made the Subjugator what it was and instead turning it into a long range precision weapon, a sort of "Sniping Battle Cruiser", picking off priority Capital Ships from ranges beyond typical retaliation, barring closing in on the dangerous vessel, which carries it's own risks, or precision Orbital attack on a hardened Planetary target, or attempting to weaken Planetary Shields through continuous assault from it's Ion based weapons.
The project never gained much funding in the Original OR Modern CIS, the farthest anyone got was constructing the reinforced space frame and the bare bones of the composite beam array for preliminary heat stress tests. With the fall of the Modern Incarnation of the CIS, a million vultures from a million different organizations swooped in to scavenge and cannibalize the billions in now ownerless military assets, a process which still has not stopped fully, given the vast territory the CIS controlled. Clan Mobius was one such organization and happened upon the Drydock containing the unfinished ship. Scrounging from dozens and dozens of CIS wrecks, they slowly but surely put together a Space Worthy version of the vessel based off the plans recovered, With Red personally planning out the layering of the Armor and the durability increases to various parts, as well as the exact mixture of alloys used in the Hull and Main Weapons to facilitate this, managing to improve the firing rate of the main weapons by a significant amount as a result. The End Product is a Unique Battle Cruiser to be used strategically for specialized assaults. The Dha'Parjai (Dark Victory) was created as much to assist The Enclave in attacking it's many enemies as it is to demonstrate Clan Mobius flexing after years of being the quiet one.

- Fast Firing Composite beam Ion Lasers, allowing the Battle Ship to do severe damage to Star Destroyers in two to three shots and significant damage to Battle Cruisers of similar or lesser size in three to five shots from very long ranges
- Very Long Range Turbolasers, allowing it to engage from three times the range of regular Turbolaser
- Fully Stocked Molecular Furnace and Repair Facilities.
- High Accuracy Sensors, allowing for immense accuracy with all weapons
- Very High Strength Tractor beams, allowing it to hold vessels of lesser size for a significant amount of time
- Can serve as dockyard for smaller vessels
- Stygium Crystal Cloak
- Longbow: It's most powerful weapons are very long range, with it's most powerful being two Composite Beam Ion Lasers (Mounted where the Ion pulse cannons were on the Malevolence) that can fire at ranges four times that of the reach of ordinary Turbolasers, backed by Turbolasers with the same amount of range. The Composite Lasers are capable of doing extreme damage to shields and Electronics on Star Destroyers in two to three shots, and significant damage to similarly sized battle Cruisers in three to six shots, with lesser sized Battle Cruisers suffering heavy damage in three to four shots. It's Turbolasers can possibly do extreme damage on impact, and the range of its Ion Cannons are almost as impressive. The Composite beam can fire up to six times in a row (with fifteen seconds between every firing) due to the use of Dallorian Alloy in its arrays, coupled with the use of powerful heat sinks to capture the excess heat and prevent overload, redistributing what is captured to build back shields slightly. To aid in this range, all targeting systems and sensors have been heavily modified
- Why Won't You Die: This thing is Absurdly difficult to bring down, able to tank assaults from a large fleet of Capital Ships due to its degradation resistant triple layer alloy armor, and powerful Multilayer Shielding and Ion Shield. Coupled with Sensor Decoys, Targeting Jammers and Missile Deactivators, this Ship requires truly massive firepower to bring down
- Capture Master: It's Powerful tractor beams can possibly hold or tear apart lesser sized vessels, and temporarily possibly hold a Battleship of similar size. It's Ion Cannons, heck even it's main weapons are great for disabling other ships
- Command Ship: Excellent as a Command ship, able to monitor and coordinate the actions of entire fleets via a high Quality tactical command center constantly updating on the bridge as to the latest battlefield conditions. Has multiple training facilities, Molecular Furnace Systems to constantly break down raw materials and produce repair parts, clothes, armor or weapons, with 8 years of consumables in storage and can send out dozens of Starfighters
- Dockyard: Possesses facilities that enable it to serve as an emergency space station, or repair dock-yard, for Star Destroyers smaller or even a single, lesser sized Battle Cruiser
- Stealthy: It possesses a Stygium Crystal Cloak Device, enabling it to hide for 48 hours
- Apocalypse Proof: Shockingly resilient to degragation and natural wear and tear, due to superior Engineering. It requires only half the maintenance of a normal Battle Cruiser
- Seismic: Seismic Charges can do heavy damage to the hull and whittle down is shields significantly
- Turbolaser Fire Rate: The Long Range Turbolaser require one minute and thirty seconds between every fired bolts, leading to the Cruiser staggering it's shot pattern to maintain near continuous volume fire
- Lack of Point Defense: No real anti Starfighter weapons on the Hull, leading to it being reliant on its own Starfighter compliment
- Slug: Poor speed and turn rate, which affects it's ability to acquire targets with it's main Weapon on occasion, due to having to need to re-adjust it's aim
- Main Weapon, Large Target: It's main Weapons are highly visible, exposed, and while not delicate, they are not as tough as the rest of the Cruiser. Plus, they are easy to hit.
- Small Targets: The targeting systems have immense trouble hitting targets smaller in length than a thousand meters, or targets that are not fairly stationary
- Stealth Limits: It needs seventy hours to recharge and cool down after the stealth drive is used, and cannot fire any weapons while cloaked.
- Close Range: Doesn't have many great options for close range beyond missiles and Ion Cannons, leading to it remaining at the edge of the Battlefield where it can wreck the most havoc
- Kinetic: Rail Gun type weapons can chew through shields and do heavy damage to the hull
- Main Gun Weaknesses: After it fires six times in a row, it needs 14 minutes to cool down and needs to be carefully inspected after each mission as it's the most sensitive part of the vessel, and if anything is going to take damage, the composite beam weapons will occupy most of the repairs
- Narrow Beam: The Beam the Composite Laser Weapons fire is very narrow, unlikely to hit anything it isn't aiming at unless they happen to be right in the path, which ultimately limits some of its utility in open battle.
- Crew Size: Requires tens of thousands to run effectively
