• Description: Contracts & bounties handed out by 'The Family' go through The Directorate, Kosa Nostra's contract handlers; it is their job to maintain, update and provide support for the contract board and those who would take on a contract. The organisation hides in plain sight within Marcella Fiora 's corporate headquarters inside a secured office floor, unreachable and unknown to all except Kosa Nostra's leadership.

• Membership: An all-women organisation, those deemed as lost, broken or desperate are approached by The Family with an offer of employment; Ex-convicts & slaves form the majority of the organisation, and are given a second chance at life with a generous rewards & benefit package.
  
  Upon approach, all candidates are given the choice of joining The Directorate as a supervisor or the The Family as a soldier.
• Climate: Professional & secretive, employees of The Directorate are warm to each other but particularly cold to all outsiders, an important part of their organisational culture due to their privileged position as contract, information and intelligence handlers.
• Reputation: Respected by The Family, their reputation with registered clients is down to personal interpretation and experience with The Directorate. There is nothing to base an opinion of them on apart from any interactions regarding contracts & bounties, in which communication will occur throughout.
  
  Outside of registered clients, the identity of The Directorate isn't widely known.
• Curios: Uniformity is an important part of The Directorate's identity, thus all employees can be identified by their pink blouses & grey skirts or pants. Many members also have tattoos as a result of their individual histories.
• Rules: Only two rules apply within The Directorate: Represent the organisation professionally, and to follow the Oath of Silence that all employees undertake.
• Goals: To handle and manage contracts & bounties by maintaining the contract board while managing and gathering information on objectives on behalf of The Family.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
As The Family continued to grow in size, so did the quantity of jobs that needed completing. Ms. Fiora's response to this was The Directorate, an organisation under her supervision that handles contracts placed by any member of Kosa Nostra, made available for all members of the mafioso criminal syndicate and other registered mercenaries.

Once a contract or bounty is received by the organisation, it is processed by the office-based Administrators who place the contract or bounty on the contract board with all relevant details, notifying all registered members of an update to the board. Once a contract is taken by an agent or mercenary by getting in touch with The Directorate, they are assigned a Supervisor who will act as their operational field officer, providing intelligence, briefings, equipment, exfiltration and payment, if necessary; acting from a secure location on-site to meet the contractor face-to-face.

Once a contract is completed and payment is given, the contract or bounty is cleared from the contract board and the cycle begins once more. Should any issues or discrepancies occur, the Director will handle the situation swiftly in order to maintain the smooth operation of the organisation, the Director has the final say in all matters.

As a result of Kosa Nostra's secretive nature, the identity of The Directorate isn't widely known throughout the criminal underworld and access to the board is granted only by invitation, by working with The Family.
