The Discovery of the Ancient Sith

Standing in the bridge of a transport ship, Joncon was staring at viewpoint with defiant as alarms went off in the bridges. There was shouts among the officers and crews as they work quickly to ensure the survive of this ship. But he knew that it was the end for them. Seizing the Force around himself, he drank deeply with the power of the Dark Side as he watched the ship descended quickly toward the ice of this planet. A chuckle escaped his lips as he closed his eyes. Death was just another chain that he will break free to have a victory over himself.

The ship crashed and he was flew forward against the wall. The Force absorbed most of the damage but his head was hitting the solid metal. It knocked him into unconsciouness. The ship sunk into the crater into the frozen water of the planet. Suddenly, his body seemed to frozen itself into the ice. And the Force was shielding him like a cocoan in this frozen bridge.

For thousand year and thousand years, he slept as his destiny was not to ascend during that time period. No, he was asleeping till someone was powerful enough to set him free from his icy tomb. Awaiting for someone who is bold to come.

Hoth was a frozen ball of ice that existed along the Ison Corridor found among the Outer Rim Territories. The planet was an infamous hiding place for smugglers, drug dealers and mercarnies units to lay down low, conduct business or loot from the similarly infamous Ship Graveyard found in the deepest wastes of the planet's surface. It was in this place, of which ships ranging from Star Destroyers to Light Freighters had crashed, that had caught the intrigue of Darth Vupua. Among the wreckage there might be something useful for her to use. Ancient technology that might be ahead of the current day technology, or information that could lead to long lost worlds.

A contact that she had made out on Kessel had recently informed her of a wreck that an associate of his had discovered. During their conversation, the contact had made it clear to her that she would want to find out what his associate had found. He hadn't made it clear what had been found. She figured that did not wish to reveal too much, in the hopes of getting his own cut when he next met with his associate, on top of the payment he had eventually received for informing her. Disgusting scammer, Vupua had thought before ending the holographic call and setting the Ayrix on course for the Hoth system.

Darth Vupua looked upon a frozen ridge that overlooked the Ship Graveyard. The Tauntaun she had hired for the journey out here let out a small sequel, fidgeting on the snow beneath them. Reach out with the dark side of the Force, Vupua kept her control over the beast's animal mind, keeping him calm as she looked around. Averting her gaze from the ridge, Vupua looked back down the pathway that led down towards the wreck. So it does exist. I won't have to kill them. Aware that the entire story in regards to the wreckage could have been a well rehearsed story designed to scam her of her credits, Vupua had somehow known that the criminals who had contacted her had been telling her the truth.

But looking upon the frozen, ancient ship with her own two eyes, the Sith Lord's honed senses had been accurate enough to tell the difference between whether they had been lying or not. Now to find out why they had sold me the information. After months of probing the inner reaches of the Ship Graveyard, exhausting the fortune she had inherited from her Sith Master, perhaps now the hard work of the various men and women that had searched this place would now be rewarded.

Grabbing the noose that controlled the Tauntaun, Vupua commanded the beast to begin making his way towards the wreck. As she was carried forward, Vupua looked down from beneath the cowl of a dark hood upon the various bits and pieces of metal that stuck out of the snow. As she passed what looked like a piece of fuselage that had been ingrained into the snow, Darth Vupua recognized the emblem of the Sith Empire looking back up at her. Despite it being covered in ice, the unmistakable red of the ancient Sith's crest was there. Excited, Vupua licked her lips in anticipation. What could be down below?

Several thousand years have passed by but Joncon was still alive by the Dark Side of the Force. Fueling from the pain and death from this world, his conscious was lying slumber as nobody bother to wander near the rest ground. Various time during the time period, there was seekers but they drift away from the ship by the uneasy presence they encounter when they edged near the ship.

Eventually, the wreck became forgotten over the time as technology advanced to a higher level. It caused the ship's technology to become obsolete and it was not worth to retrieve from the treacherous place. But it did not stop the Force from guide someone who could wake him from his slumber.

As a young woman moved closer to the wreck place, it was slowly stirring his consciousness but it did not awake. Instead, it pushed small wave of the dark side of the Force toward the woman. To encourage her to depart the site. Otherwise, she could awake the almost four thousand years old Sith.

Feeling the power of the dark side deep inside the crash, Darth Vupua moved forward, excited by the prospect of what she would discover. Coming to a stop at the entrance to the crash, the Sith Lord climbed off the Tauntaun and tied the beast's noose so as to secure it. Turning away from the creature, Vupua leaped, using the Force to land on the edge to what had been the ship's engines. Making her way down, she was careful not to slip on the ice. She did not want to risk an injury this far out in the middle of no-where. Such an injury could very well be her death.

Skidding to a halt at the end of the engine, Darth Vupua climbed down and landed in a deck that appeared to be the engine room. Ice glinted from the walls, ceilings and floors, with a thick layer of frost covering the entire innards of the ship. Pausing at the edge of a railing that looked down to the ship's broken reactor, Darth Vupua reached out with the dark side, feeling out the presence of the mysterious other she had felt, so that she could follow her senses and lead herself towards them.

Through the combination of ice and the Force, Joncon was able to feeling a powerful nexus of the Dark Side move closer to him. It caused him to stir slowly. Before he was able to maintain control of his body function, his mind was slowly awakening. It was complete overcame by confusion. Then his memory sudden returned and he remembered the last moment on the ship like it was yesterday.

But the presence of the Dark Side forced him to banish those thoughts deep in his mind. Pulling the Dark Side into himself, he flared a subtle message to whoever come to finish him off. Just a warning to make whoever came to hesist. <<Don't come any closer to me.>> He unleashed that message toward that person in the Force.
