Where everyone is supposed to meet up and talk about the one sith problem. Does anyone of our councilors want to make a post sending the message the Silver jedi are not going to come until the stupidity/corruption in the republic is handled. While it will most likely be ignored or met with more "Silver jedi are evil" I am at least entertaining the thought of watching Iella saying "The Silver Jedi will protect the people not jump on command." Or something like that, truthfully I am all for this failing since the Republic has made its bed and now should get to lay in it.

I'd be happy to see the Republic gone. Not because I have anything against them, but because it would make sense. They destroyed the Sith Empire, but not the Sith themselves, and now they in turn destroy the Republic. In addition to that, we have both the Silver Jedi and the Levantine Sanctum that both could step up to become the next Republic/Galactic Alliance.

If the Reps would be willing to actually go through with it, I'd be ecstatic. It's the only logical way this could end what with the Sith being right next door to them. It's virtually impossible for them to sign any kind of peace treaty or cease-fire. I only wish everyone else would stand aside and let them duke it out.

[member="Thurion Heavenshield"] well as Alderaan showed... the Republic can't duke it out. Barely any of their people showed up to defend Alderaan. All they do is either force their people out through ooc or restrict them so much they just say screw it and leave. From all that I have seen Silver jedi have the major grievance of what they did to Joshua on their list. I know there are other reasons to leave but seems what happened to Josh was that last straw for them and others to leave. They just lost their primary NFU military unit to Omega because of how much OOC drama was going on and yes I want them to fall, I am expecting them to fall. Staying out of the fight should be the opinion of the galaxy since everyone just a few months ago was ready to go after the Republic with no sith empire around. Right now I tried to actually rally a defense for the invasion that has been told is coming and get "ah this isn't official" when the sith have already been preparing for two days.

[member="Thurion Heavenshield"] yeah that would be the way to go but unlike with Trent who was go suking it out and didn't care about the other faction using the "just stay out of our way" the new leaders need to rely on everyone. Jedi used to have spines and now we lost the factory sub for it. I miss the good old days of having fun

It just doesn't make any sense for the Republic to keep standing anyway. It's less than a shell of what it used to be, and if you don't fit their OOC mold, your gonna be pushed out anyway. And like you two said, Alderann showed the dis-contempt their own people have for their threads. I'd just want to see the Republic crumble and reform into a smaller Jedi Order, emphasis on SMALL. This would open up so many possibilities for everyone on the board..

Not to mention, watching the galaxy scramble under a dark oppression once more would be fun.

That said, if[member="Thurion Heavenshield"] wants to send them the message, I'm okay with that. Somehow, I feel that either him or myself would end up dealing with all the diplomatic stuff anyway.

"This is Master Kawakami of the Silver Jedi Order, I am contacting you from our temple on Vaynai to inform you that we ill not be coming. We left the Jedi order because of the corruption that came into it from the Republic and its leaders. We have observed this has not changed and only gotten worse since Selena Halcyon stepped aside. Our order will protect the people but we will not be life support and fight the Republics battles for them. If this leads to further suspicion from the galaxy so be it but much like the jedi of the Pius Dia era we have removed ties to the Republic. Should new leadership wish to contact us send an envoy to Vaynai and our temple."

Fell free to of course add your own flare to it but well The Silver jedi have taken the role of the order to left the republic for the Pius Dia and they were gone for 800 years. There is the jedi covenant/prder of light, a new order with ground work forming. Kiskla and Popo are popular but as Trent showed popular and good at running a group don't have to go hand in hand. Mason and Chris have the right idea of being popular and running the faction well.
