- Description: Evenfall is located on the very edge of Theed, bordering Lake Country on a high verdant hill that overlooks the city. The historic Estate is carved out of brilliant white stone and sits on roughly eighteen acres of manicured vineyards, wild floral groves, fountains, and courtyards. Recently rebuilt after a tragic fire, the estate was carefully reconstructed by renowned architect, Jido Barik, to bring the structure back to its former glory.
The courtyard is paved entirely of wayland marble; various paths throughout lead to not only the main house itself, but to over fifteen different garden groves. Each grove is named for a patron God or Goddess and adorned with fountains, vases, and statues. The most talked about groves are:
Shiraya's Garden
Shiraya's Garden is simple, but elegant, closed off by walls of green trellises. The garden features seven different fountains with lifelike representations of the Goddess in different states throughout her ballad, surrounded by hydenock trees and zaela's.
The Water Theatre
The Water Theatre Grove was designed as an open-air theater that paid homage to Naboo's swamps and rivers. During the daytime, the space welcomes spectators to admire the artistry of the native gungan species, boasting organic sculptures made from the various wooded trees that grow throughout the planets swamps. In the evening, guests can experience a night of spectacle as graceful jets shoot water into the air and lasers light up the evening in a blaze of brilliant color, reliving scenes of Naboo's past with classic native music to entrance onlookers.
The Vena Vineyeards is a historic vineyard that sits on the left side of Evenfall, purchased by the Ee'everwest family in 150 ABY. During the spring season, blooming florals are harvested and turned into Blossom Wines that are sold throughout Theed and Moenia in the summer with the family crest stamped on each label.
A familial temple built on the grounds of the Ee'everwest Estate in honor of the moon goddess, Shiraya. While the temple is not as grand in scale as the ones available to the general public, since it was built specifically for the family, it is no less ornate in style and design with it's alabaster pillars, fragrant floral pergolas, and elegant sculptures.
The formal ballroom is used to host balls, banquets, formal dinners, luncheons, or other ceremonies. The room is large enough that it can hold up to two-hundred guests and features mirrored doors, floor to ceiling windows, numerous crystalline chandeliers, crystalline sconces, historical paintings, an ornately painted dome ceiling, and wayland marble flooring.
The grandstaircase is the focal point of the Estate and is connected to all of the rooms in the house, including the Vere's Apartments to the right and Set's Apartments to the left.

Originally built sometime in 970 BBY, Evenfall, more commonly known now as The Ee'evwest Estate, was said to have been designed by a controversial Naboo figure, King Kodo I, the rumored founder of several Naboo noble families from which House Ee'everwest supposedly sprang, and who has been shrouded in mystery and myth for several millenias.
Legends claim that the Estate was commissioned out of a jealous love towards his beautiful wife, hiding her away from other men by building the elaborate Estate at the top of a hill with miles of guards and garden mazes between the doors of their home and the city. In this rendition, the story ultimately ends in tragedy when his beautiful wife jumps to her death, earning it the name of 'Evenfall'. Historian's argue the validity of the story and its sources, offering a much less malicious version of the tale concerning its construction, as being simply a symbol meant to capture the beauty of Naboo itself.
Whatever the truth, Evenfall eventually fell into the hands of Vero Ee'everwest some time in 850 BBY, whose bloodline became the hereditary owners of the estate and a notable dynasty of their own making.
Up until the Battle of Naboo in 32 BBY, Evenfall was recognized as the seat of power for House Ee'everwest.
During the conflict, the Estate suffered severe damage, causing mass evacuation of the Noble family and staff alike after a deep fissure split through the foundation of the historic structure. As a result, the family moved further away from the main city after the conclusion of Theed's occupation, commissioning a new home in Lake Country and closing up Evenfall.
It wasn't until 500 ABY that restoration efforts began to take place under the careful guidance of Rhys Ee'everwest, who took on the painstaking task of reviving the ruined piece of their families history that had fallen into ruin and disrepair. Partial modifications took place to strengthen the structure's foundation, while some parts had to be entirely reconstructed, using the original design plans and flooring structure that was pulled from ancient records.
In its recent history, Evenfall was met with tragedy when it was set on fire by an individual only known as Wexlor, a crazed fanatical of a depraved movement of individuals that calls themselves 'The Disciples'. While the man's motives have been largely blamed on his beliefs, it is now thought that he might have had other reasons for the attack that claimed the lives of Jaggen Ee'everwest, his wife Sarnae, and their eldest son Kintel. Rumor suggests that he was fueled by the ideas of an anti-monarchist agenda, which has spiked in popularity since the tragic death of Queen Kairi and the troubling actions of the former Queen, Mila.
Since the tragedy, the parts of the Estate damaged by the fire have been painstakingly restored, security has increased, and public access has been restricted. Currently, the Estate and its assets have fallen into the hands of the eldest daughter of the late Jaggen Ee'everwest, Alora.
