- Organization Name: The Eldon Divinity
- Classification: Invasive Genocidal Crusade
- Affiliation: The Ibus Imperium (Defunct) | Themselves
- Organization Symbol: The standard symbol used by the Eldon is four banners side by side with the individual iconography and color scheme of the Four Legions.
- Description: Genocidal. Omnicidal. Butchers. Enslavers. Massacerers. Murderers. Annihilators. These are but a few of the terms used to describe the bloodshedding wave of terrifying marauders known as the Eldon Divinity. With a history older than most would believe and origins none can believe, the Eldon Divinity seeks only to destroy all before them and establish their rule upon the Known Galaxy, and anyone who attempts to stop them will simply be another head added to the pile.
- Headquarters: Credence Ring (Defunct) | Weik (Current)
- Domain: The Eldon Divinity technically operates throughout the entire Known Galaxy, but can be seen most heavily throughout the Outer Rim, Tingel Arm, and Wild Space as they wage a crusade against the Sith Empire and their allies.
- Notable Assets:
- Weik:
- Adamite Tower: Once a star destroyer repurposed into a fortress for a group of hidden Force Users, Adamite Tower has now been reconstructed into what is only known as the Reliquary, housing the vast libraries of preserved Eldon organs harvested from battlefields or yet to be implanted into Divine Essence Hosts. It additionally serves as the headquarters for the Legion of Enlightenment.
- Crysifal Peak: One of the tallest mountains on Weik, Crysifal Peak, known to the Eldon as Durcona, is home to the Eldon Divinity's particle-beam planetary defensive cannon and various habitats scattered throughout the surrounding mountain range.
- Madlands: A land of dangerous and inhospitable terrain (for organics), the Madlands serve as the primary headquarters for the Legion of Penance and its soldiers.
- Rimesea: A deep body of water located near Vossport, The Rimesea serves as the main docking area for the Twelve Fleets, its ships either submerged or resting atop the waves.
- Vossport: Repurposed to serve as the headquarters for the Legion of Discipline in conjunction with the Rimesea.
- Skyholme: Located in Weik's mountainous regions, Skyholme serves as the general meeting grounds for the Four Legions.
- Sunrace Citadel: Repurposed to house any slaves brought back from the endless crusade, Sunrace Citadel is a hovel of squalor and misery.
- Fume: Located near the active volcano once known as the Bowl of Glass, Fume now serves as the heavily defended headquarters for the Legion of Reverence.
- Weik:
- Hierarchy:
- Legion of Reverence: Ironically, the smallest of the Four Legions is also the most powerful, housing the leaders of the Eldon Divinity who command nothing but fear and respect and awe.
- Mek: The greatest warrior, leader, and diplomat the Eldon possess at any given time, the Mek serves as both the highest rank in the Legion of Reverence and the ruler of the entire Eldon Divinity.
- Psailsai: The primary concubine/spouse of the Mek, the Psailsai offers emotional counsel and serves as the caretaker of the Reliquary which houses the consciousnesses of all previous Meks.
- Besul: What humanity would call a Baron, the Besul serves as the second-in-command of the Legion of Reverence and the Eldon Divinity. Usually, this rank is occupied by a Najja, but at times can be denoted upon a high-achieving Sabak or even an extremely lucky Dempae.
- Ruirrer Klairhd: The main fighting force of the Legion of Reverence, the Ruirrer Klairhd serves as the honor guard for the Besul, Psailsai, and Mek. They are often regarded as the Eldon's greatest pure fighters. They can be visibly identified by their Grim Reaper like appearance and weaponry. One of the Eldon's most feared figures, known only by the designation "Aver," belongs to this group and often acts as the unofficial third-in-command of the Eldon Divinity.
- Legion of Discipline: It should go without saying that the insurmountable navy and main transportation for the Eldon Divinity would hold the most popularity amongst its members, much to the chagrin of the Legion of Penance and Legion.
- Annaiser: Akin to an Admiral, the Annaiser serves as the leader of the Eldon Divinity's Twelve Fleets, otherwise known as the Legion of Discipline, and does as they wish, only answering to those within the Legion of Reverence.
- Raes-Annaiser: Essentially the Rear-Admiral who assists the Annaiser in leading the fleet throughout the galaxy.
- Cefdeail: Captains of the Twelve Fleets, the Cefdeails run their vessels how they see fit, but must still answer to the Annaiser and Raes-Annaiser.
- Raes-Cefdeail: Effective aides and confidants who support the decisions of their Cefdeails with utmost loyalty and sycophantism.
- Laiaidaleld: Primary officers who run various sections of their assigned ships in accordance with the orders of the Cefdeails.
- Raes-Laiaidaleld: Confidants and aides to the Laiaidalelds who ensure cohesiveness and pass along their orders.
- Ollllaisas: Sub-officers who are given command of small groups of crewmen aboard the ships and are expected to ensure they follow the orders of the higher-ups to the letter.
- Raes-Ollllaisas: One step above Elrairl, these sub-officers ensure their superiors are respected and often act as the Ollllaisas' aides and confidants.
- Elrairl: Crewmen who go about the day-to-day operations of their assigned ships.
- Legion of Penance: Often heralded as the largest and most honorable of the Four Legions, the Legion of Penance fights on the front lines with endless fury and insatiable bloodlust.
- Galaser: The leader of the main ground force, the Galaser rules with an iron fist and brute force. Employing aggressive strategies designed to eradicate all enemy forces before them, the Galaser expects the Eldon Theatre, otherwise known as the Legion of Penance, to seek only utter domination and victory.
- Raes-Galaser: Assigned only by the Besul, the Raes-Galaser personally commands the various divisions of Eldon and ensures the Galaser is fit for the rank and resists the Eldon Madness. Should the current Galaser begin succumbing to the Madness, it is this rank's priority to remove the risk and take command of the Legion of Penance.
- Curular: Commanders of the Eldon regiments, the Curulars often take a backlines role to ensure the effectiveness of the regiments and will only enter combat personally if absolutely necessary.
- Raes-Curular: Commanders of the Eldon battalions, the Raes-Curular are often the leaders an Eldon will see most on the battlefield alongside those under them in rank.
- Sasraeld: Commanders of the Eldon companies, the Sasraeld will fight tooth and nail alongside their comrades and will not hesitate to sacrifice themselves for the sake of victory.
- Raes-Sasraeld: Commanders of the Eldon platoons, the Raes-Sasraeld are often the first onto the battlefield alongside the Psaiyeda, whom they usually form sibling-like bonds with due to their close connections during service.
- Psaiyeda: Commanders of the Eldon squads who lead their subordinates through thick or thin.
- Cusfuser: The standard squad members who simply fight and serve.
- Legion of Enlightenment: Regarded as the most academic of the Four Legions, the members of the Legion of Enlightenment act as the logistical and research experts who ensure the Eldon Divinity produces a solid strategy for every battle as well as serving as their primary engineers and scientists.
- Sdesllairhdas: The leading expert in strategy and technological progress, the Sdesllairhdas is more or less the Eldon's equivalent to the Pyramid of Scientific Development from the Sith Empire. As the least organic of the Eldon and perhaps the busiest, the Sdesllairhdas never sees combat of any kind and will often work alongside the Psailsai within the Reliquary.
- Raes-Sdesllairhdas: The primary agent of the Sdesllairhdas who enacts their orders and passes along their designs and research to the rest of the Legion. Is usually outfitted with a combat-ready Divine Essence Host, but rarely sees actual warfare due to their scientific priorities.
- Cuild: The lead engineers and scientists who ensure the designs and advancements are made within the proper timeframe and with absolutely no errors. To the Cuild, the creations must be perfect and anything less than perfect will often result in a summary execution.
- Raes-Cuild: The assistant lead engineers and scientists who, more or less, perform the same duties as the Cuild, albeit with fewer permissions to research and less authority.
- Jilaius: The backbone of the Legion, the Jilaius are the engineers and the scientists who, in some respects, keep the Eldon Divinity in motion as they constantly invent and create new wonders of warfare and cybernetics.
- Raes-Jilaius: The apprentices of the Jilaius who are charged only to watch and learn and not touch anything at all without the explicit approval of their assigned trainer. This rank is routinely filled by members of either the Legion of Penance or the Legion of Discipline who found their skills more centered around technological advancements.
- Legion of Reverence: Ironically, the smallest of the Four Legions is also the most powerful, housing the leaders of the Eldon Divinity who command nothing but fear and respect and awe.
- Membership:
- How Many Members?: The exact population is unknown but from the reports of combat survivors, it is presumed to be in the tens of billions.
- Can Someone Become a Member?: A Galactic citizen seeking to join the ranks of the Eldon Divinity is more likely to be enslaved or outright killed as the species absolutely abhors most if not all sentient life throughout the Galaxy.
- What Missions Do Members Have to Perform?: More often than not, the Eldon Divinity's missions involve the total annihilation or enslavement of a star system's population. In only extreme circumstances will the Eldon attempt diplomacy, usually heralded by Mek Dur seeking to meet with the population's leaders face to face. Ironically enough, these attempts usually break down into violence as the leaders find themselves incapable of handling the presence of the Eldon.
- How Does a Member Prove Themselves?: Depending on the Legion the Eldon belongs to, for them to earn great respect and prove themselves resoundingly, they would have to either showcase great feats of valor in combat, piloting skills during space battles, and/or produce scientific advancements previously unexpected.
- Climate: The Eldon Divinity employs an archaic hierarchal caste system that encourages its members to rise through to achieve glory, prestige, and further progress towards their goals.
- Reputation: Due to their genocidal, egocentric, and enslavement based theologies and agenda, the Eldon Divinity is commonly looked upon with great disgust, hatred, and fear. Very few, if any, organizations will accept the presence of the Eldon and most will outright openly engage them at the first sightings of their fleets.
- Curios:
- Variable Divine Essence Hosts ([To be subbed later] Sabak, Najja, Mek Dur, Dempae, Deathlord, Colossus, Hound God, Bladelord, Bladegunner, Marauder, Besul Kag, Aver, Sin Maker)
- Shoulder Engravings denoting assigned Legion
- Rules:
- Do not spare the weak, the imbecilic, or the cowardly.
- Destroy all before you who would challenge the Divinity of our species.
- Ensure that the essence of your fallen brethren is retrieved should they be worthy.
- Defend not the Human, the Pureblood, the Twi'Lek, or any of their kindred.
- Establish your place in the Divinity and hold true to our tenants.
- Challenge not the might of the Mek unless they prove to be incapable of ruling.
- Gaze not upon the Mek's concubine for they are too pure for your eyes.
- Retreat sans the orders of a superior shall forfeit your life.
- Goals:
- Eradicate all sentient life in the Galaxy (Primary)
- Establish dominance over all major factions (Secondary, if Primary is unachievable)
- Regain Lost Territories (Tertiary)
- Mek Dur [Closest Literal Translation: Supreme Death | Mek of the Legion of Reverence and the Eldon]
- Najja Kefhur [Noble Avian | Annaiser of the Legion of Discipline]
- Najja Unika [Noble Serpent | Sdesllairhdas of the Legion of Englightenment]
- Najja Bdita [Noble Hound | Galaser of the Legion of Penance]
- Sabak Dur [Common Death | Sasraeld of the Legion of Penance]
[A real-time story update can be found here X)
The first sighting of this organization, though not known by their current name, occurred some eleven-thousand years ago in the form of a horrendous invasion force sieging the people of ancient Credence. Unable to contend with the growing tensions between their people and the people of Credence, the Eldon burnt Credence asunder, fleeing only after suffering massive casualties from the combined powers of the civilization's surviving Force Users.
Officially named following their brutal invasion and destruction of the planet Credence, the Eldon Divinity has waged an endless campaign of violent crusades and introspective hiding for thousands of years. Only recently have they engaged the Galaxy in yet another crusade under the rule of one named Mek Dur, whom the Divinity has come to regard as the greatest of the Mek's in history.
