The Empress's New Groove (Zhornee First Diplomatic Contact)

Alright, to start off my new species, the Zhornee, in this galaxy, I would like to invite anyone interested in developing diplomatic ties with the Zhornee Empire to the Empress's Palace on Vullain.

However, before I started such a thread, I am curious as to how many people are interested, first.

If you wish to go to this event, simply say so; I shall start the thread probably late tonight or early morning.
