FINAL DAWN
NEW ALDERAAN, OUTER RIM TERRITORIES
Created from a Schism within the Sith Empire, the New Imperial Order quickly rose to become a major galactic superpower, rivaled only by the Galactic Alliance. As it morphed into the Empire and expanded across the Tingel Arm, they quickly built a vast military and supporting military-industrial complex, second-only to that of the Core Worlds. Despite this, a combination of grandiose ambitions and overextension resulted in the Empire fragmenting as it’s Military ended up being overstretched leaving the Tingel Arm in a massive power vacuum as the Empire lost it’s grip over dozens of worlds and sectors almost overnight leaving only a few regions such as Bastion and Galidraan III under the control of Loyalist Imperials.
With the collapse of what had been largely considered as the most legitimate Imperial State, Marlon Sularen had kept a close watch on the Tingel Arm, seeking new opportunities to expand his own Neo-Imperial Faction by taking advantage of the ever growing power vacuum in the Tingel Arm as new Imperial Splinter Groups appeared, first the Dubrillion Imperial Remnant, then the Zygerrian-based Imperial Order, then the Lianna-based Empire of the Lost and now a new iteration of the First Order itself based on Serenno. If he could integrate all these different groups, Sularen could accelerate the process of his planned rise to power, enabling him to carry out his overall Grand Plan far sooner than he expected.
However, the War between the Maw and the Empire meant that he’d be received with hostility by at least the majority of these Imperial Splinter Groups as most of them would still remember the Destruction of Csilla and Assasination of Iveric Talvar orchestrated by the Maw with the Final Dawn having some part in both events (Having built the Superweapon that destroyed Csilla and being a major benefactor of Darth Caelitus, the man responsible for killing Talvar). Regardless even with these obstacles, Sularen had a plan to at the very least incorporate many Ex-Imperials into the Final Dawn, and it would all begin with his visit here at New Alderaan.
A Single Shuttle traveled through hyperspace as it approached New Alderaan, indicating the imminent arrival of High Regent Marlon Sularen. From what intel he could collect, the planet had been subject to a brutal Imperial occupation since the Empire came to blows with the Tionese Republic, which itself had aligned themselves with the Galactic Alliance. Apparently after New Alderaan came under Imperial Occupation, it fell under the jurisdiction of newly appointed Moff Velran Kilran, a rising star within the Imperial Navy who held the rank of Fleet Admiral by the time of his promotion. According to Sularen’s intel, Kilran was very ambitious and egotistic, the perfect candidate for his upcoming Project Rancor.
As expected, as soon as the Neo-Imperial Shuttle reverted back into realspace it was greeted by a massive Imperial Blockade, spearheaded by a large five-kilometer long Legate-Class Battlecruiser. As the Shuttle approached the Blockade, the Main Pilot proceeded to open a communication with the large Battlecruiser, which had been identified by the Shuttle as the NIV Eggman. “NIV Eggman, this VIP Personal Shuttle DC-1412, requesting permission to pass through, we have an appointment with Moff Kilran.” the Main Pilot said, before providing the Imperial Battlecruiser with a set of Imperial Clearance codes.
Hopefully, the Fleet would let them through, as this was an opportunity to great for Sularen to miss. If he could bring Moff Kilran into the fold, then he’d be able to bring other Imperials into the fold, and the more Imperials he could gather, the more influence Sularen could exert across the Tingel Arm. Eventually, one by one, all those Imperial Remnants would join the Final Dawn, further strengthening its Military Power and Industrial Base. For now, however, the High Regent would have to see whether Moff Kilran would be receptive to what he had in mind first.
