The Fight For Zakuul's Independence

I've already spoken to @Asaraa Vaash and [member="Coren Starchaser"] regarding this coming arc, but I figured I ought to put it out here as I'm hearing the time is drawing near.

[member=Kay Arenais] is presently running a variation of the "Eternal Empire" upon Zakuul, which is also a faction that [member="Darth Tacitus"] has been representing for Force only knows how long.

According to Tacitus, Kay (who is acting as Empress) is a heretic, and so he and his forces are planning to wipe out 10% of Zakuul's population for supporting her. Along with Tacitus, the First Order may be moving their capital to take Zakuul, and return to the map-game once more under Carlyle's leadership.

This arc has been in the works and being discussed cooperatively through Kay and Carpy OOCly, and I've had little to do with this, if anything at all, outside of hearing Kay's struggle with her dying faction.

Needless to say, it's a Jedi problem for genocide to be committed against any planet, of any nation and this is something I feel we should watch out for, and when the time comes, move to stop those responsible for the mass slaughter of innocent peoples.

Sounds like it could be pretty wild. How developed is the arc so far? Do the Jedi know about what's going down IC yet?

Kay's due to stand before the Silver Assembly and speak for her case. Veiere's primary contact with the Council is [member="Coren Starchaser"] who's agreed to put a squad together when the time comes.

You can be rest assured that when the time comes, word will travel down the line to others of the Order.

As for how well put-together this arc is, that's not something I can answer as it's been mostly discussed between Carpy and Kay. We'd just be acting mostly as a response to the cataclysm.

This will be [member=Kay Arenais]' Faction's conclusion by the looks of it.

I've spoken to Carpy (Darth Tacitus) and he's already preparing for the Jedi to be involved somehow.

I'm not sure what or if the First Order will be involved, where Carlyle appears to be their current leader/FO. That's something I'll leave up to Kay to work out but we know our place and our objective, we're not here to choose sides, we favor the protection of the innocent above all else.
