Zambrano had arrived to the moot from a distance, arriving through impersonal means. He resided still within the Cognition Hood of The Thorn, though his presence had been known through holographic displays to those assembled. How the deluded creature been given such great power, was beyond anyone's guess... perhaps it was his displayed effectiveness as the spearpoint of the Helska campaign. The battle had been victorious, though claiming the planet had not occurred until after billions of people vanished, and left entire systems out of balance. His aid was present in the holographic display, as well as a physical representative that operated the holographic display, were the ones to represent the sanity of his particular task force, which was only beginning to grow. There was only one thing that the Warlord really had on his mind, which he quite crudely made clear to everyone.
"I wish nothing of the Telos system, it... hurts me."
The aids nodded to acknowledge their Master's demands, and then calculated among the worlds which he was most deserving of. He had no involvement with the Chiloon Rift's acquisition, though it's many resources could be used to construct the Armada that many of the higher ups into the Hutts control had desired to create under the ruthless reputation of Zambrano. Their master had also been on Dubrillion, but his focus upon that world was minimal, and hadn't expressed very much interest in the world. The more strategic aids of Zambrano, seemed less concerned with the planet as well. They had also reasoned that despite Kitsune's involvement with retaking Helska, it had been through the service of Zambrano that the world had been originally conquered, spearheading the attack that prevent the Shadow Dynasty from claiming the planet instead. The world was also not too terribly important, though historically it had been the initial stage point of the Yuzhaan Vong Invasion, which the flesh loving Hutt may enjoy, the Aids saw it as a valuable bargaining chip. They felt confident that Zambrano could lay a superior claim to Helska, and then offer it in exchange for the Chiloon Rift.
"As a representative of Zambrano, he lays claim to Helska, for his valiant attack spearheading the Shadow Dynasty invasion, preventing them from claiming the planet first. He also expresses interest in the Chiloon Rift, and proposes to anyone who desires the rift, that he would willingly exchange ownership of Helska to hold a 90% majority of the Rift." An aid called into the moot.
