The guys from the Underworld(?) or Hutt Cartel (tbh I'm not exactly sure what they're calling themselves) minor faction have been in touch with me about some potential collaboration. They're throwing an event right now and the First Order is invited. If any dignitaries wish to go, have at it:

Now, normally the First Order doesn't work with greasy criminal scum, but these are times of war, comrades. If these underworld-types are willing to help us out and become a nuisance to the Galactic Alliance or our other enemies, then they could prove useful allies!

Security Bureau folks should absolutely be encouraged to go to this. At the very least, it's an information gathering mission. At most, we score more underground contacts for our own shady operations. Empires of old have always used criminal organizations to do the dirty work in order to keep their hands clean. There's no reason why we shouldn't do the same.

However, that's not to say that we are "accepting" of these misfits into our society. A criminal is a criminal and we are justice incarnate. Do not forget that a high profile presence there could be poorly received by our lawfully elitist society.

I'm not sure about Sentiri's involvement at this point.
