Description:
The ring was commissioned under high secrecy for Danger Arceneau using the famed geologists and artesian craftsmen of the Queen of Hapes that have crafted such wonders as the Hapan Crown Jewels.
A ring created for Danger Arceaneau would not only encompass her beauty but her double nature, ever one to hold a Wheel Sabaac card up her sleeve. Beauty, strength, and a duality that will hide a set of secret compartments. One being an area to hold a powder or liquid. The other to connect to a specific specific switch embedded in Dangers ring.
This switch is a simple communication device with only a single frequency, when the switch on the ring is pressed and shifted clockwise, a signal is sent out and triggers the beacons aboard the Dark Fleet in times of emergency for the Trade Queen, due to Alric Kuhn's desire to ensure Danger's safety.
The ring in it of itself as a whole is obnoxiously worth well into the millions, and that is due to the craftsmanship as much as the materials in and of itself
Corusca gems were some of the hardest objects known to the galaxy and were known to slice through transparisteel like a laser goes through Sullustan jam.
The particular corseca gem used for Danger's ring is of superb quality, having been mined as closest to the core of Yavin as possible. It is a large quality cut gem. The way that light reflected inside a Corusca gem would make it seem as if it had a furnace within it and for this one, its core seemingly burst into flame much like the famed Flamewind. considered to be one of the most beautiful wonders of the galaxy.
Interestingly, the different colors of the Flamewind seemed to set off emotional reactions in those who traveled during the Flamewind, even in a droid. One would wonder if the same might hold true for the ring.
The band of the ring and mounts are made out of special alloy of Phrik and Platinum, both metals mined straight from the Areceanu Trade Company's own platinum mines on Hoth and phrik mines from Mohc Extractives under the oversight of Danger herself. This means the ring in and of itself with the band and gem mounts retain some of the qualities of phrik, such as being nearly indestructible while giving off a greater luster due to the platinum than ordinary phrik would. While known to survive even orbital bombardment and technically able, the ring as an alloy has the potential to block a lightsaber, but trials have not been attempted to test the theory out.
All in all, this is a perfect representation what Danger Arceneau embodies; beauty, strength, and hidden depths that play into her namesake.
