Overview:​

​

The Galactic Senate, also referred to as the Galactic Congress or the Republic Senate, was the legislative body of the Galactic Republic. It consisted of senators who represented the many worlds of the galaxy, and was led by a Supreme Chancellor that was elected by and from the representatives. Its primary concern was mediating disputes between varying worlds and dictating the laws and regulations necessary to maintain the Republic.

Each world may have a maximum of 2 senators.

Rank Structure:​

Supreme Chancellor -
The leader of the Galactic Senate and representative of the Republic. Commander-in-Chief of the Republic Military. Voted into office by a majority of the senate. Can be impeached with a majority of the senate vote. Can organize senate meetings.

Vice Chair -
Adviser to the Supreme Chancellor. Runs the Office of the Supreme Chancellor as well as heads many Senate Meetings. Chosen by the Supreme Chancellor. Can be removed by the Supreme Chancellor.

Senator - [Highest rank a PC can start off with, without authorization.]
Representative of their home world. Votes on the many situations the Senate can handle.
