- Structure Name: The Great Forum of the Chancellorate
- Classification: Political Forum
- Location: Bastion
- Affiliation: The Diarchy
- Accessibility: Accessible only to government officials and The Network's Informatores Regni operatives, who provide security.
- Description: This vast golden circular building is a hundred meters across, with a multitude of chairs for the Chancellors of the Diarchy and their advisors. On one end of the cavernous structure is a pair of thrones where the Diarchs may choose to sit to observe sessions of the Forum. Directly across from them, an elevated chair for the High Chancellor who manages the discussions and votes of the Forum. In the center, a large empty space has holographic visages projected onto it to represent whichever Chancellor is recognized to speak. Transparisteel above the Forum allows natural sunlight to descend into the chamber during the day, while warm lighting is projected into the transparisteel dome to simulate sunlight even at night.
- Shield Generators - Outside the Forum, a shield generator protects the structure from orbital bombardment, with the dome lowered only momentarily to admit authorized vehicles.
- Landing Pads - Outside the Forum, landing pads are available for authorized vehicles to set down, with guarded corridors that lead into the Forum structure.
- Twin Thrones - Within the Forum, twin thrones allow the Diarchs to sit in and observe proceedings. These thrones have personal forcefield generators which can be activated via an arm-rest control. The thrones also have apparatus allowing the Diarchs to speak, control the holographic displays, or veto a vote.
- High Chancellor's Chair - Larger and higher than the chairs of the common Chancellors, the chair contains controls which allow the High Chancellor to take the floor, make announcements, control the holographic displays, or adjourn the session.
- Chancellor's Chairs - Arranged in rows of circles around the room, these chairs allow the Chancellors to speak and to vote in the Forum.
- Droid Controller - An embedded droid brain control system automatically announces speakers and translates when required.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
A recent construction which has- at the time of this writing- only seen sixteen sessions, the Great Forum of the Chancellorate is a gleaming (some might say gaudy) representation of political power. Designed to reflect both the greatness of the Diarchs and their esteem for the citizenry of the Diarchy, the Great Forum is designed to inspire all peoples and make them feel secure that their concerns are being taken seriously by the Chancellors who represent their interests.
At each session of the Forum, the High Chancellor shares the matter to be discussed and brings the forum to order, opening the floor to the membership. Once a matter is judged to be well studied and discussed, the High Chancellor formulates a proposal based on the concerns of the membership and brings it to vote. The membership vote using their chair controls, and white or black spheres are projected above their chairs to represent their will. Then the High Chancellor records the vote and brings it to the Diarchs in private session for their affirmation or veto.
