Hello, people of the Council!
Even though we don't have a lot of members and not all of them are very active in our faction, I am still rather happy, that we still exist and you're willing to participate in both discussions and faction threads. Thank you for not abandoning me.
We have 25 members, even though not all of them actively participate everywhere, but it's not even important. The fact is, that it's clearly good enough to do stuff. When I first made the faction, I thought, that maybe at least 5 people join me, so it would really be a small council who discuss things in a little unknown place. But you amazed me.
We are not a small council anymore. I have shamelessly abused the fact that I made Zahat'n'ira, by RPing like the Council is rather important on the planet. It means yet another thing. We have influence, even though it's not widely recognized. Yet.
I may have asked this question before, but here it comes: do you think the Council of Sorcery should remain the same? I'm not talking about changing the faction overnight, but through RPing. at first, every person who joined the faction got to become a member of the real council, but I think now it should change. I'm not saying, that we should only take the most active and the most powerful into the council now, but the ones who could be considered powerful enough to have influence.
I have thought about having a small (5-10 people) NPC militaristic... thing... in our faction and I may have talked about that before, but now I think it could actually happen (if you allow it ). The other thing would take place in the far future: becoming a governmental power. If it happened, we wouldn't be a dictatorship like the Sith Empire was, nor would we be a senatorial government like the Republic, but more like a bunch of people who have the equal amount of influence. We wouldn't have a head of state since... every person who has land to control is equal, like I just said.
Maybe I was a bit hard to understand, so here's a little overview of what I wanted to say:
What would you think about slowly changing from a tiny, underground council into something more governmental which has a tiny militaristic force and in which every person who owns land is equal, just like it is at the moment?
Of course it's an idea and I'd like to hear your feedback, no matter what it is. I know most of you are members of major factions, so being in one more faction just like the Republic or CIS or the Fringe or whatever is not that easy, so I don't want us to change into something like they are.
EDIT: We'd also be more organized like... having some trainings/teachings, developing subclasses and having occupations.
