The GUIDE Post

I mentioned setting up Aeshi's trading post to serve also as base for GUIDE. Originally, I was planning on waiting to finish the charter dev thread before starting on the outpost, but not sure how long that will take. So, I'll start working on the dev thread for the outpost to get that subbed into the codex.

So, looking for some people there who might want to help out. The other question is what would be things GUIDE would want at a frontier station for their operations?

-Fuel Depot
-Repair station
-Supply Depot
-Communications relay

For a GUIDE outpost we would want a communications uplink to the Beacon Relays - something I currently have in the works.

Otherwise just the basic essentials like what you have listed looks good.
