[SIZE=9pt]The Hapes Heavy Turbo Laser is designed to give a vessel a weapon that has a heavy punch. It is an effective weapon to combat large capital ships. However it is less effective vrs smaller ships. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]The Hapes Heavy Turbo laser is a variant of the former work horse of the old Galactic Empire. The first time the Consortium got their hands on an Imperial Heavy Turbo Laser was the first attempt by Emperor Palatine to breach into the Transitory Mists. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]It is a heavy armament for no ship under 500m to effectively use. The Hapen Battle Dragon and Nova-Class Battle Pulsar are just barely in range to be able to handle the power needs of such a large and powerful weapon. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]It is a three barrel weapon is designed to stay within an affixed position. It is not on a turret system like their ancestor the Imperial heavy Turrets. For example, if this if this weapon is in a fixed position on a bow of a ship it may only fire forward and in no other direction. [/SIZE]
