The SWRP Chaos history of the Hutt Cartel is as follows:
Upon his rise as head of the Hutt Cartel, Gajjulla the Hutt, based from his palace on Tatooine, made strides to restore the glory of the Hutts to the galaxy. Spurred on by the atrocities and failures of the past and determined not to repeat them, Gajjulla gathered those Hutts most prominently known from around the galaxy to his banner. Using this new found support, Gajjulla struck outwards through the galaxy and, using the Hutts and non-Hutts that had joined his Cartel, he began to influence various worlds throughout the galaxy and planted the Cartel's flag in each.
This was to be short-lived, however, as Gajjulla soon disappeared for unknown reasons. Some say he was violently murdered by his closest lieutenants. Others say he simply grew tired and retreated to his Palace. Still others claim he hides away in secret, controlling the Cartel through shadows and intrigue while slowly biding his time to return.
Regardless of the rumors, the Cartel lacked leadership upon Gajjulla's disappearance. Popo, one of the more powerful Hutts of the Cartel and CEO of the Tenloss Corporation, stepped up and took power. Using his wealth, corporate power, and control over various underworld syndicates through the galaxy, Popo the Hutt has begun pushing the Cartel to even greater glory and power. Soon, all the galaxy will fear the Hutts once more...
