The HQ (Open to all)

Fleet Admiral William Kerkov paced the meeting room of the Head Quarters of OCA on Terminus. He had been thinking for a while and he was ready to talk over the absorption of "The Jackals". Although nothing was final Will had talked to Captain Flannigan Mcnash about joining into the OCA and had accepted. But he needed to make it official with them and had invited their captain to a meeting. He turned on the intercom system, "Has Mcnash arrived?"
"No sir."
"Once he does notify me immediately."
"Yes sir."

The intercom beeped as it turned itself off. Kerkov wasn't stressed about this meeting, but a lot was riding on this. Finally he quit pacing and sat in one of the swively chairs surronding the tables. Hoping that his guest would arrive soon. He was tired of waiting.

Character

The sound of wrapping and tapping can be heard on a grated floor, stepping into the view of the neighbouring door frame it began to take shape a slender cylindrical mass of durasteel and the odd wire. A mask in the shape of the Jackals insignia could be seen, its hands crunching together into fist with a metallic 'pop'. "Greetings Admiral."

Scene

Men would begin to fan out behind him, looking more like a collection of men from a cantina than soldier, but each and every one had atleast one scar and had seen his share of fight, bruised and batter faced with slightly off centred noses, most likely from it being broken one too many times.

Cadan would enter behind Flannigan, his trench coat trailing out behind him. "Yes, greetings Admiral." He'd nod towards William. Cadan would pull a cigar from his pocket, light it and inhale and exhale the grey smoke.

Cadan would let out a short, loud whistle. Soon after a Kowokian Money-Lizard would run across some table grabbing pens and then climb up upon Cadan's shoulders. The creatue would drop the pens into Cadan's pocket and in return Cadan would shove the large cigar into it's mouth. The grey plumes of of smoke would trail out of its mouth. "Who's a good, little Jasper!" Cadan would say as he patted the Jasper on the head.

Kerkov stood up from his seat. "Ah, you have arrived." Motioning him to sit he began again, "is there anything I can get you or your friend here?" William sat back down. And grabbed his papers and a pen before the little kowokian monkey-lizard could grab it.

"No we're fine." it wasn't something he liked dancing around, it was business first pleasure later. "I'm sure you'll like to tell us the details of our membership."

"Good, now in The Jackals allegiance to the OCA all members have to join and abide by the rules, but what you do on your own time I presume your nefarious deeds is none of our business. Each of your members will be given ranks and ships respectively as well. Do you have any other terms that you might add?" William began.

"No everything is in accordance, but we'll seal the deal in the pirate fashion. When the captain strikes a deal it is good faith to come over to their ship, and for the other to do it vice versa. I'd like to invite you onto my station for an event." he moved to the door frame, his digits wrapping around the outcrop giving it a tight squeeze the substance moulding itself around it from the weight and pressure. "The coordinates have been sent to you." Link

Cadan followed the Flannigan as he left, his coat swaying about behind him. Jasper looked around the room and saw nothing left of value and sat happily on his shoulders. "See you soon Admiral." Cadan said and waved without turning around as he exited.
