After the Gulag Plauge and the reopening of the galaxy to commerce and the expasuon of new empires, republic's and protectorate's, the reestablishment of the Bank of Aargau marked the beginng of Aargau Second Golden Age in which the economically ruled world would see the rise and fall of various goverments, all of them seeking to claim Courscant and the various core based hyperplanes for the selves.
However it wasn't until the formation of the Core Imperial Confederation that the Bank would begin it's expansion. Under the leadership of the former Grand Vizier of the Bank, the GIBA would expand throughout the Core, Unknown Regions, Outer Rim and Mid Rim. Establishing financial contracts with many worlds and organizations the Bank would establish itself as a trustworthy financier throughout the galaxy.
When in 861 ABY, the new Chairman of the GIBA was appointed Moff of Sector Group IV within the Sith Empire, he naturally brought the Bank under the SIBC becoming an Advisor to the Bank and leading financial operations across Sith Space in addition to governing worlds like Lorrd.
