Earlier today, following the decline of King Alexander I's health, he has passed away. The king had died in his sleep in peace, though the nature of his sickness is still unknown, medical experts now believe that is the result of a rare genetic disorder. The King has left his widowed wife along with his son, now King, Alexander II, and his daughter, Maria II. A date for the king's coronation isn't set in stone yet and is still being debated. Though Alexander is 19, he still doesn't have a possible queen and arranges are being made. King alexander is known for having the shortest rule in all of the past Fel Kings and Emperors, only 6 months. Debatably however, it was one of monumental importance, for Alexander seen the nation through a civil war and unified the nation in the absence of the Premier. His son, Alexander II is expected to keep his current name when he ascends to the throne officially. Shortly after announcing the death of his father, Alexander II made and announcement that he, like his father, would continue to work with the Premier and hopes to restore greatness the Fel Empire once more.
