Before the invasion of the Bryn'adul, the Veldorians were divided in the ancient past against one another, fighting a war for control. The king at the time decided to create a relic that could allow the user to reign without the problems the Veldorians had, namely the fact they fought over who would rule. They created a Force Artifact that could be used to reign over the Veldorians, and force the individuals to obey whoever had the Scepter in their hands. When the desolation came to the planet, the 20 that remained managed to hide the Scepter of the King along with the other relics. To thgis day it has been sealed away on Memorial.

- "Who So Ever Holds this Scepter shall be King" : An ancient law of the Veldorians states that whoever has this Scepter shall be King over the Veldorians and reign over them. This scepter produces an energy field that makes Veldorians obey.
- Unleash the Storm: The Scepter can also unleash a storm (Rain Storm, Hail Storm, Sand Storm) upon anyone unfortunate enough to be up against the wielder of the Scepter.
- Fire Bolt: It can shoot a bolt of fire that can burn NPCS alive.
- Ice Bolt: It can shoot an ice bolt that can freeze NPCs alive.
- Laser: This can shoot a high powered laser out of it. This is equivalent to a Stun Blaster.
- Double Edged Sword: Should the user have allies within an area, this runs the risk of hurting them as well.
- Dark Side Presence: This has a massive presence in the dark side of the Force. This presence can be felt when someone sets foot on Memorial, a presence so strong it would practically say "Come Get Me."
- Force Nullification: Force Nullification would render it useless except as a club.
- Force Light: Force Light would be able to destroy it.
