The Durite gives the core of the sword a distinctive black blade while Nyix gives it a silver edge. This vibrosword is woven with Cortosis, which may catch the unsuspecting lightsaber off guard. It has a higher edge of fidelity when wielded and is relatively light, making it harder to use against larger blades.
