Private The Lost Puppet

Mustafar. For many, they came here for Vader's Castle. Alina hadn't. She stuck around with Darth Strosius Darth Strosius , following him through the temple to help sell the guise. But soon enough, she left. Slipped into the darkness as if she was bored with the temple she could feel nothing in. But her reason was far more.. Simple than that. She wanted allies. Not just any allies. Enemies of the current Sith Lords that weren't part of the Maw or all Sith's enemies were few and far between.

She needed them. And they'd find they needed her.

Her spies had been correct. A forgotten tool once used by the Worm had come. To wage war, perhaps? Get retribution for the insult to their pride? Whatever the reason, it didn't matter. Alina, alone, stared up at the sky. Nothing was visible, but she could see it in the air. An assault craft. Here to wage war indeed. She stood calmly, her golden eyes staring up directly at the craft. Knowingly challenging whoever it was that had come for battle.

Shoot her, and the others would certainly know. It was a gamble, for sure, but she didn't mind risking it. She either succeeded, or she died.

That was the way of the Sith.

He could have destroyed them from orbit. The Acharon Class vessel Revellian commanded had cloaking technology on it, and he could have approached the planet directly. He could have leveled their vessels in orbit, and bombarded the gathering on the surface. He had been tempted to when he made his original plans, but decided against it in the end. His revenge would not be satiated by an Orbital sneak attack. He would not be able to look into the eyes of the servants of the one who had betrayed him.

Instead, the Acharon held itself in secluded orbit over Mustafar, and Revellian led a small strike force aboard a shuttle towards the surface. He was warned of the individual that seemed to be waiting for the shuttle, but he did not order her to be fired upon. While he wanted to see the life drain from his enemies eyes directly, he was not foolish enough to think he could win in a direct fight against the heavy weights present. Some element of surprise would still be required.

The shuttle touched down near Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru and Revellian exited the craft. The others remained on board, waiting for some sign to emerge. Approaching the woman blocking his path to vengeance, Revellian barely managed to contain the snarl in his throat. "Who are you?"

"Someone who'd like you not to waste your life here. The Worm isn't here. Just some of his most trusted generals." The last part was laced with venom and sarcasm. Darth Nito Darth Nito was about as trustworthy as a slug to win a race. In specific cases, absolutely trust worthy. To act on his cultish instincts. Regardless, Alina stood tall, staring up at the approaching Sith Lord with the confidence befitting a Lord. Without the title, of course.

"A puppet who's strings are cut is of little use to it's master. Don't waste the fact you can still move on your own on some petty half baked revenge assault."
