But for those with the clearance to know better, The Major is real, ever-present, and absolute—a shadow entity that monitors, manipulates, and eliminates threats long before they manifest.
    • The Major is more than a department—it is a system. It is the hidden hand behind the Commonwealth’s intelligence network, ensuring that no rebellion grows unchecked, no external power infiltrates their space, and no weakness is allowed to fester.
    • Its operations span blacksite prisons, experimental research facilities, covert assassinations, and psychological warfare.
    • It is untethered from Commonwealth bureaucracy—answering only to the Grand Vizier and High Basileus.

SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Hierarchy: No one leads the Major. The Major is an entity unto itself, a living intelligence network, operating without the need for centralized leadership. HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Genesis of "The Major"

Founding Figures:

  • Ivalyn Yvarro: Daughter of Djorn Bline and descendant of Fiolette Yvarro and Ariel Yvarro, Ivalyn bore the weight of a formidable legacy. Her lineage traced back to a pivotal figure in the First Order's history. This rich heritage instilled in her a profound understanding of the intricacies of governance and the necessity of a vigilant intelligence apparatus.
  • Kelora Priestly: As the High Basileus, Priestly possessed unparalleled authority within the Commonwealth. Recognizing the volatile nature of galactic politics and the ever-present threats to their sovereignty, she championed the consolidation of intelligence assets to safeguard their nascent state.

Formation and Purpose:
Before the Commonwealth's official vassalization by the Sith Order, Priestly foresaw the potential vulnerabilities that could arise from fragmented intelligence operations. Under her directive, a clandestine initiative was launched to relocate and centralize all First Order projects, intelligence, and data. This endeavor aimed to preserve invaluable knowledge and ensure that the Commonwealth possessed a unified and efficient intelligence framework.

Ivalyn Yvarro, drawing upon her family's storied past, delved deep into the annals of the First Order Security Bureau (FOSB). Her research led her to uncover the legacy of Sybil Shepard, known as "The Major," one of the FOSB's most formidable agents. Shepard's methodologies, characterized by meticulous strategy and an unwavering commitment to the First Order's ideals, resonated with Yvarro. Inspired by Shepard's legacy, Yvarro proposed the establishment of a new intelligence entity that would operate from the shadows, mirroring the efficacy and discretion exemplified by "The Major."

Modus Operandi:
"The Major" was conceived as an autonomous intelligence directorate, operating beyond the purview of conventional Commonwealth governance. Its primary objectives encompassed:

  • Threat Neutralization: Identifying and eliminating internal and external threats before they could materialize.
  • Information Dominance: Ensuring the Commonwealth's supremacy in intelligence gathering and analysis.
  • Legacy Preservation: Safeguarding and integrating First Order intelligence methodologies to bolster the Commonwealth's strategic capabilities.

By consolidating the remnants of the First Order's intelligence assets and infusing them with contemporary strategies, "The Major" emerged as the Commonwealth's sentinel, ever watchful and unyielding in its mission to protect and preserve the state's interests.
