These groups form the UGF, and will be moving forward to create a new galactic government somewhere between the tyranny of empire or the quagmire of democracy. Each group that agrees to recognize the common authority of the Federation takes a seat on the ruling council, where power is rotated between members. The Federation is a coalition of equals, toward mutual benefit. Each group can be self sufficient, and retains its own sovereignty in its own sphere of influence.
There is a place for all characters within the UGF as a member, as a friend, or as an antagonist, rival and or sworn enemy. Please consider looking into what we're about, and feel free to ask any questions you might have.
