High above the clouds, Arthion had been given coordinates to what she had been told was a newly established temple. Upon approach, it looked to be just a mountainside covered in heavy cloud cover, but suddenly the clouds broke to a stone temple poking out of a cliffside. Clearly it had to be old, as it's banner still held the symbol of the old jedi order, alongside a banner of the new.

Just outside the temple, sitting on the steps, was the Sentinel of Harmony. Jonyna waited for her student with an eagerness, and a cocky smile. She had an idea for training the sentinel, now she just needed to wait for her to exit her ship.

When Arthion was called to the creatively named Cathar homeworld of Cathar, she wasn’t quite sure what to expect. She knew this would be a test of survival, but little else. With this in mind, she had opted for a more sensible outfit, loathe though she was to do it. She wore a sleeveless grey top, subtle indents creating a pattern across it. On her wrists, she wore black, ornamented bracers. Her trousers were tight and navy blue, and she topped it off with sturdy-looking boots.

If she was going to risk stepping into the droppings of the local fauna, she most certainly wasn’t going to do it in her best shoes.

As her transport landed and she made her way towards the temple, she couldn’t help but allow her eyes to wander. She noted the old symbols and architecture, a clear sign that the New Jedi Order had reclaimed a temple of the old Order.

Approaching the temple proper, she spotted none other than Jonyna Si sat at the steps. She made her way up to her, offering her a polite bow.

“Master Si. Please allow me to extend my thanks for sparing the time to train me.” She said, “What is to be my first task?”

Jonyna gave Arthion a look, the new outfit fitting the woman, but...she wasn't sure it would last. She'd dealt with jedi of more upper class upbringings in Corazona von Ascania Corazona von Ascania , and Jonyna wondered if she would ever train Cora herself. Still, the jedi master wouldn't waste time. Jonyna smirked, hopping up from her seated position, and motioned the knight to follow her.

Jonyna didn't say a word as she led them down quite a long staircase. For Jonyna, it was a daily workout. Her own quilted coat flapped in the mountain breeze, as they made their way down the side of the peak, and finally stopping...

At a cliff. A massive cliff. By eye along, it had to be at least a mile and a half up. A small river flowed down it, falling into a brilliant waterfall that poured down the entire cliffside, that Jonyna seemed to idly walk to the edge of, and drink from with only her hand as a cup. "First things first, we get ready. If you're to survive in a wild environment, find a vantage point to observe." She instructed. "This cliff you can see everything east of Mwamba Msituni. Use these spots as places to draw maps." Jonyna didn't wait another moment, before pulling a small canteen out of her coat. "Rivers are flowing water. Meaning they should be clean. You can boil the water if you're not sure. Mountain streams like this one are best, as they're straight from the ice melt. You brought your utility belt with you, yes?"

Wordlessly, Arthion followed, making her way down the steps with Jonyna. Her eyes beheld the environs as she did, taking in the scenery before her, although the steps kept her from getting too distracted. It would, at best, be quite embarrassing if she were to trip because she wasn’t paying attention to where she was looking. Step after step, she would walk with Jonyna… Stars, how long did these stairs go for?

Fortunately, they weren’t so long as to induce fatigue or boredom within her. Soon enough, they had made it to… a cliff, overseeing what she could only assume would be the site of her training. Her eyes glided over the various landmarks of Mwamba Msituni, already noting points of interest. She understood the basics, of course, but…

Arthion paused as her eyes fixated on a particular spot, Jonyna’s words fading away into the background. That tree in the distance would make a marvellous painting, and that rock formation too…

“Hmm?” Arthion almost missed the question posed to her, quickly realising that she had allowed herself to drift off. Attempting to play it off as if she hadn’t been miles away up until that point, she would give Jonyna a nod. “I have, yes.” She said, pointing to the utility belt she was wearing.

"Good. You'll need it." Jonyna said simply, looking to the cliff. "Find a way down." Jonyna said, before rushing towards the cliff and...leaping. Only a crazy person would do so, and it wouldn't be the first time she'd been called that. Arthion saw the woman fall, down and down she went before suddenly, her feet burst with flame as she slowed herself, and Jonyna seemed to bounce off the air, stepping down as she fell the two whole miles down to the riverbed below.

The instruction was simple. Jonyna trusted her student understood it. Still, a two mile repel down was no meager task.
