- Sits at the head of the assembly, and has the final say on all proposals.
- Grand Vizier
- Mediates all sessions and acts as a 'buffer' for all proposals between the assembly and the Imperator.
- Assembly (New-Imperial High Command, Warlords, and Moffs)
- Proposes, debates, and otherwise discusses all matters and 'proposals' in order to make cases for or against them before the Imperator.
- Sovereign Imperator
- Membership: Each New-Imperial Moff and Warlord has a seat on the assembly. Very occasionally exceptionally high-ranking military officials without Moffdom or Warlordship may gain a seat on the assembly if granted by the Imperator or Grand Vizier. Members of the assembly are required to attend meetings and war councils and contribute to both. Exceptions are rare but may be granted if the circumstances are reasonable.
