Ripley stood in front of the mirror in her dorm, fidgeting with her beige hooded cape that overlapped her leather shirt and pants. Her lightsaber hung at her side, as she rarely went without it nowadays. It was a reminder of why she walked the path she did- to defend, to protect, to help others. It was a habit that had started after she had passed her last trial, the trial of spirit. The things she saw when she looked in the mirror still haunted her, whispered that she could fall anytime. It was something she would not let happen, so any measure she could do to combat it- even something as mundane as carrying her saber everywhere- were taken.
"It's useless to try, it's in your nature." A voice from behind her hissed.
The young knight spun on her heels, and for a moment, saw herself yellowed eyed and sneering. Ripley blinked, and it was gone. She let out a tense sigh, loosening the grip on the weapon she had instinctively reached down to grab. It hadn't been long since her last trial had taken place, and this seemed to be a nasty side effect of it. Her moment was interrupted by the holopad on her bed pinging an alert. She picked it up and saw a message from the message from Seydn, a Mandolorian she had known from her slicing days.
<<Five minutes out. The girl is quite the traveling companion.>>
Ah yes, she had almost forgotten what she was preparing for. It had been a few days since Seydn had first contacted her about the force-sensitive teen and what to do with her. He had found her on Kashyyyk, and apparently had been keeping tabs on Ripley since she had resumed her Jedi path, so she was the first one the Mando had contacted. Ripley said yes in a heartbeat, and promised him his weight in credits for her safe arrival. Whether the girl wanted to be trained or not was up to her, but something had told Ripley that she needed to be here at the temple. The knight pulled her satchel from the hook next to the door, tossed her holopad in it, and made way for the landing pad. It was perfect timing, as the Seydn's old rust bucket had just touched down when she strolled up. The latch opened, and the Mando was clad in beskar, the girl next to him.
"Seydn, see you got an armor upgrade!" She called to the man, a warm smile painted on her face. Her eyes flickered to look at the girl next to him. "Hello, I'm Ripley."

It had been several years since she had encountered anyone, the young girl had been caught off guard by the Mandalorian that had been watching her very closely. It didn't take long before he approached her after a while of observing her. She had gotten kinda scared of him for a moment, but he soon told her to calm down and mentioned that he wasn't going to harm her. After explaining his reasoning for approaching her. The young girl had been told of a potential teacher that could help her with her abilities that she had been given. She had breathed in choosing to trust him and talk to him. She had spoken with him, after a few days. He told her that she would have to leave the planet in order to meet this teacher. She nodded her head and replaced the flowers in the vase near her mother's grave. After doing that she said her goodbyes to her aunt that happened to be a Wookie.

Roughly after a few days, the young girl and the Mandalorian had traveled away from the planet of Kashyyyk. Being away from home kinda scared her, she even told him how her life has been since the day of her mother's death. She had tilted her head staring at the male in the beskar armor and wicked-looking helement. She had mentioned to him how cool his armor looks. and she got a short story about his people and she admired it. It took a few days to get to the place that they were going to potentially meet the woman. He had told her name to the young force-sensitive that was going to meet this teacher. The teacher's name was Ripley, otherwise known as Ripley Kuhn. She never really know the woman's intentions or her reputation. She chooses not to question it and flow her gut.

Just roughly after a few days, the ship had entered the atmosphere before slowly making their approach towards the landing pad that was in a decent city. She was unfamiliar with the sighting around her. After landing, the young girl and the mandalorian exited the ship and she had brought a small duffle bag with her clothes and few other stuff cause it wouldn't make sense for her to leave home without anything. The one thing that she never wanted to leave behind was the tasty rare like peach fruit that her mother had shown her when she was little. It was something that she cherish when she spent her time with her before her timely passing away on the planet. The young girl had noticed the woman that was called Ripley and she even spoke to her greeting.

The young girl leaned forward bowing. "Greeting, Miss Ripley, It's a pleasure to meet you. " She said softly towards her with a slightly smile on her face, in truth she was kinda happy to meet someone like her and maybe at some point she would discover there was more to her than meet's the eye. The young girl kept a close eye on the woman waiting for her responce.
