Structure and Leadership:
The Omnitiate is led by a Council of Overseers, who serve at the direction of Darth Carnifex, combining leaders from both the previous Inquisition and Sepulchral factions. The Grand Inquisitor directs all intelligence-gathering and enforcement activities, while the Death Speaker oversees the development of Sithspawn and necromantic projects while simultaneously managing the creation and deployment of undead legions. The Arch-Kissai serves as the spiritual leader of the Sith Empire, guiding the masses towards the fervent worship of the Sith and the Dark Side of the Force, while the Shadow Archon internally monitors the Omnitiate and roots out any element deemed corruptive.

The organization is divided into three main branches:

Born from a split of the old Sepulchral, the Sepulchral Necromancia are specialists in Sith alchemy and necromancy that are tasked with pushing the limits of dark knowledge. They are also responsible for maintaining an undead army for use in battle and terror tactics.

Constitution the other half of the Sepulchral split is the Sepulchral Ecclesia, a Sith religious organization devoted to the preservation, expansion, and practice of Sith traditions and dark side mysticism.
