DESCRIPTION

Founded in a distant, bygone era by a collective of Jedi that had taken on the mantle of Wayseeker, the Open Path operates as an independent commune for craftsman and creative individuals seeking to hone their skills and contribute to the wider galaxy beyond the usual of confines of their respective orders and origins. ​

Finding a home in shadow of the ancient Jedi Temple on Bathoris, the organization styles itself first and foremost as a place of learning and creative expression, with senior members being expected to assist new arrivals in developing and broadening both their knowledge within their chosen artisanal disciplines. Any and all discoveries are expected to be shared amongst the collective, and any items produced in its workshops are seen as simply a useful byproduct that can be traded for supplies in order to continue the journey.​

While Jedi have always remained in the majority of the loose-knit organization, the Path has gradually opened its doors to all those seeking to work beneath the Light of the Force, bolstering its ranks with members drawn from countless force traditions and even a scattering of non-force sensitive craftsman now find a home on Bathoris. ​

N/A. The Open Path is not a company in the strictest sense and does not look to any single individual for leadership. Senior members are expected to guide and assist their juniors in broadening their craft and helping regulate the allocation of necessary supplies within their respective disciplines, but there is otherwise no formal hierarchy or structure beyond this.​
