Trouble In The Empire!​

Today, the Reorganized Fel Empire, commonly known as the Fel Empire, or Fel Imperium, is to be forever changed. Following a scandal with the Premier and conspiracy of a terror attack, The Emperor has dismissed the elected Premier and temporarily taken total power, using the Premier's mishandling of the growing instability, and fear of violence as reasoning. It is not know how long the emperor plans to hold onto power, only that for the time being, the Emperor will lead us to stability. Publishing an official statement the Emperor stated,

"My goal is not to return to absolutism. No, I promised to the late 'Grand Premier' that I would never do that. My goal is simply to restabilize until a suitable replacement is found, and the Empire is stable enough to survive a new election. Until then I plan to lead us out of this dark period, and back onto the galactic stage. I will follow the plans that the great Premier Harris had once laid, and once more bring peace and stability to both the unknown regions and wild space."

It is important that in these trying times we unite and stand strong in defense of the Empire. Let us give 3 hoorahs to Emperor Alexander II, Premier for the Fels.

In other new, Alexander II announced his new initiative to revive the Osseriton pact, and unite all minor factions into a federation grander than the galaxy has ever seen. The Emperor made this announcement just hours after his statement regarding the ongoing crisis. I personally believe that the late Premier would be proud. Currently, the approval of the Emperor in the parliament is resting at 73% and is expected to rise at the current rate.
