[SIZE=14.666666666666666px]Description:[/SIZE][SIZE=14.666666666666666px] Though the quest for the Phobis Device is as relevant as ever, it was used as a cover for the Rudrig Heist that saw the entirety of The Sith Empire’s Vaults and Archives stolen by none other than Sith Master Velok and the Master of Vaults Lord Dissero. The project to create a Phobis Device has long been a passion of Dissero, driven further by the hands and encouragement of Velok. This Phobis Holocron was merely one step of nearly a dozen to accomplish this goal. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.666666666666666px]It was known by Velok that Spencer Jacobs, a then evolving Jedi Knight Empath, had been rewarded (or perhaps cursed might be a better descriptor) with the knowledge and competency of the last known Phobis Device during the Dark Harvest event. Arrangements were made for a trade: her knowledge in exchange for one of the Empire’s own holocrons. It took some convincing, but the end reward was the Phobis Holocron: expertly crafted by Dissero and containing all pertinent knowledge and experience of handling, succumbing to, and destroying a Phobis Device as recorded by Spencer Jacobs.[/SIZE]
