FORCE SENSITIVE: No
STRENGTHS:
The Priest is able to forcibly drain the Force from sentient beings and the environment around it to survive. The Priest's Force Drain will have serious detriments to the environment and sentient beings around it, usually killing any organisms involved. However, the Priest will be unable to defend itself when it is using Force Drain and any Force Sensitive can very easily resist the Force Drain. In addition, the Force Drain is only a means of maintaining its basic functions and will not fill the Priest's Force capacity for special functions.
The Priest's exterior shell is made out of Duranium, making it extremely resilient to kinetic and energy-based attacks. In addition, the droid is created with Sith Alchemy, allowing the droid to be repaired and regenerated almost instantaneously. Its shell is resilient to lightsaber attacks, but not impervious to them. Any lightsaber attacks will be reduced in damage, but never completely blocked.
The Priest is also extremely agile and fast, being able to dodge and evade most attacks with ease. It is also extremely strong, being able to lift heavy objects and tear metal apart with ease. With a combination of strength and speed, the Priest can beat down any opponent into submission within seconds. Being trained extensively by its current master, Ivy, in various martial arts and melee weapons, the Priest is an unbeatable opponent in close-ranged combat.
The Priest also has a nearly infinite capacity for knowledge and data, making it one of the largest and most comprehensive sources for information. Every iota of information it obtained during its period in the Sith Meditation Sphere is stored in its database, and the Priest is able to accurately recall all details when prompted. The extent of his knowledge is unknown and the Priest has several "restricted" areas of data. It seems only a Sith with equal power to a Sith'ari is able to access these areas...
The Priest is able to connect its central processors to ships, vehicles and other vessels, allowing it to pilot them with extreme proficiency and skill. However, this leaves it extremely vulnerable as its central processors are exposed and it is unable to defend or use its droid body. In addition, the Priest must be accustomed to the vessel and cannot pilot ships that it has no experience with. In order to become accustomed to a vessel, the Priest must be connected to the vessel for at least 24 hours to pilot the vessel and an additional 24 hours to utilize all other systems, such as weapons, cloaking, and communications.
The Priest is also built-in with extreme loyalty to its master, and will never betray its master no matter what the circumstances are. The Priest will actively work with its master in any affair and regardless of whether the Priest's existence is at risk.
WEAKNESSES:
In order to use its abilities, the Priest must be drain energy from the dark side of the Force from an object or a living being. As the Priest is unable to forcibly drain the Force from a Force Sensitive, the Priest is dependent on its Sith master and is unable to perform any special abilities without him or her. However, the Priest is able to the siphon the Force from objects created from Sith Alchemy or imbued with the Force.
Without energy from the dark side of the Force, the Priest is unable to utilize extreme agility, speed, and strength and will have the abilities of an athletic Human being. In addition, the Priest is unable to regenerate its hull without the assistance of the dark side of the Force.
The Priest is vulnerable to long-ranged attacks: it has no defensive or offensive mechanisms to combat them. Even though the Priest has extensively knowledge about the construction and usage of blasters, the Priest is unable to wield a blaster due to the anatomy of its hands. For the Priest to use vessels, it must become "accustomed" to it (see above).

BIOGRAPHY:
The Priest was the joint creation of the Zuguruk and Kissai: an effort to create the perfect guardian droid for the tombs of the Adas, utilizing both innovative engineering as well as the finest Sith alchemy. After Adas's death at the end of the rebellion against the Rakatan Infinite Empire, the Sith fell into chaos and the Priest was forgotten about. Taken by a Sith Lord vying for the title of Sith'ari, the Priest served as his guardian on board the Sith Lord's Sith Meditation Sphere. However, the Sith Lord ultimately perished and his Meditation Sphere crashed into the planet's surface. Due to the damage inflicted upon the ship, the Priest had lost its original memories but the Sith Alchemy imbued its body had fully repaired the droid. Although the Meditation Sphere was also left relatively intact, the ship had lost its primary propulsion systems and its weapon systems. Over time, the land had covered the bloody battlefield and trapped the Priest underground.
For thousands of years, the Priest was trapped underground in a small, spherical room on the planet of Korriban. The room was ten meters and diameter and the jagged walls sloped toward the center. At the center of the room, the Priest was able to view the events of the galaxy around him for thousands of years and gained immense knowledge about technology, life and the Force. The droid continued to dwell in solitude for thousands of years until 428 ABY. The immense number of deaths had unleashed a gargantuan wave of the Force throughout the galaxy and had empowered the Priest greatly. Imbued with a tremendous amount of Force, the Priest was able to escape from the Sith Meditation Sphere and thousands of years of soil and rock which had accumulated over the ancient battle field. Fully aware of the new galaxy at hand, the Priest roamed the planet of Korriban for the first time.
For hundreds of years, the Priest roamed Korriban for his Sith masters. However, Korriban was mostly destroyed and only broken fragments of its former glory remained. The Priest continued to periodically check the Sith Meditation Sphere for signs of the Sith or life in general, but the galaxy was eerily silent...
On 830 ABY, the Priest was discovered by Ivy and it had told her of the galaxy's tumultuous past. The Priest had finally found a master...
