STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
[+] Blood of Sun Jeong - Though now dormant from undeath, Auron is the vessel of the ancient and forgotten powers of his ancestors, the Song Lords of old.

[-] Cold and Serious Disposition - Twisted by the trauma of death and undying, the Purgatory Prince is no longer the gentle, noble man he once was.
[-] Banished from Death, Unwelcome in Life - Chased by the unnatural horror of undeath, Auron is in a constant struggle against the ever-growing darkness within him that threatens to consume him entirely. As a result, he must always control his emotions militantly if he hopes to maintain stability.
APPEARANCE:
With broad shoulders, a defined jaw and strong hands, Auron would once have been considered classically handsome and noble in appearance, but death has a habit of changing a man's aura to something far more foreboding. With a cold expression permanently stretched across his face, and piercing eyes that are known to blaze a mystical bright blue in moments of high energy, Auron is now seen as an unworldly entity by most who are unfortunate to come upon him. Mysterious scars of glistening fluorescent light stretch along most his body and up to his face, but are largely covered by a green and black tunic and hooded cloak that drapes down to heavy boots.
BIOGRAPHY:
A TIME HALF-FORGOTTEN:
Auron was once heir to a powerful and well-renowned Jedi family, the Song Dynasty, and all of its duties and troubles. As a boy growing up on Jedi occupied Voss, he was rebellious against authority yet was often praised for his innate abilities in the Force, and before long he was taken up for apprenticeship as a Jedi Padawan. During his training, he was diligent and often excelled in his studies, though he was always impatient to experience real combat. When the day finally came, he was unready for it. Stationed temporarily at the Jedi occupation of Korriban as a healer, he was caught by invasion as the Sith sought to retake their homeland under the banner of the One Sith. The resulting horrors that came from it scarred the boy deeply, and he spent almost a year recovering from the mental afflictions that fell upon him.
Some time later, he rekindled his passion for life when he forged a Force bond with a deer-like kuri. The two grew significantly and Auron learned to find peace once more. After this, he continued his training, focusing his Force ability and savouring contemplation and meditation as a true means towards inward tranquility. Deciding to settle in his family's estate on Voss, he later opened Yuan House, a tea house and meditation centre for those who sought peace amidst a troubled galaxy, meanwhile offering protection to the local Voss people should danger ever arise. But this peace would not last long, for the Sith continued their rampant conquest of the galaxy and tore Voss asunder in their wake. Devastated, having lost his home, his Force bond and his mother, he refused to flee and surrendered to fury, fighting until he was forced to escape at the very last moment.
After he sought refuge with the remaining Jedi who had begun to regroup against the Sith, Auron was plagued by nightmarish visions of his father, who had been missing for over a decade. Meditating deep into his visions, he sought out where he would go to find resolution, and was led to the isolated planet of Thape. There, he found his father held captive by Lord Gevurah. Witnessing his father's death and retrieving his family's ancestral lightsaber, he confronted Gevurah in a battle that tore open a gaping abyss across Thape, unleashing the ancestral power to control the planetary elements, that had thus far lay dormant inside of him. Unable to control his newfound power, he fell alongside Gevurah deep into the chasms beneath Thape, which would become their eternal resting place.
A NEWFOUND LIFE:
Some unknown period of time later, a creature half dead appeared among the Thapean mountains, wandering without direction and bringing with it uncountable storms of terrible ferocity. It is not known how long it took for the beast to become a man again, but when Auron Song began to realise who he was once more, he uncovered the horrendous truths about his own life. He had been somehow banished from death, tormented by darkness and light both; a plaything, an experiment for the Force. Unstable, he forced himself to meditate and recover alone for years, studying the secrets of Thape that Gevurah had once hidden away. Eventually, he decided to return to the living world, a new man, a new beast, a new Auron. Half alive, half dead, the Prince of Purgatory creeps along the planes of the undying.
In search of new purpose, he makes the acquaitance of the Diathim witch Nimna Uraeus, who imparts her knowledge and plans of unveiling a new Order of the Force. With his newfound collaboration, he begins building the foundation of [redacted]...
