Welcome to the Rebellion.
We have been established by those who know that while unrest remains the Galaxy could and will return to what we fought so hard to remove. We cannot sit idly by as planets fall to the dictatorships and tyrannical rules of those who would sow discord and darkness across the galaxy. Their are those we trust, those we believe in, but the years following the fall of the One Sith the truth that even they cannot fully hold back the storm has become more and more evidently clear.
Founded by members of the Underground, the Corellian League and the Galactic Alliance the Rebellion has become an active resistance against those who would otherwise be untouchable. Aiding planets out of the territories of those who would otherwise help, giving hope to those who need it most.

So who are we?
We are the Rebellion. The spiritual successor of the Rebel Alliance and a fresh concept upon an old archetype. If you are a freedom fighter, an idealist or simply like sticking up for the little guy we are the home that you may or may not have been looking for. Basically what this faction allows is the whiteboard for a concept dreamed up and really needing solid member base to build and adapt to their needs.
The Concept?
Yes the Rebellion is built out of a concept that was based around the idea that a rebellious faction should be able to partake in the one thing that seems obvious for them to partake within; Rebellions. So the thought process was simply that rather then follow the previous Rebel factions into Major-hood we would maintain elements of other factions, paying homage to systems that worked and adapting them.
Based around the idea of being a minor faction the Rebellion is built up of individual agents and Rebel Cells that operate freely around the galaxy. Each agent of the Rebellion has their own individual Cell and can through all intentions operate as an individual towards their own causes. However when the time arises they will answer the call of the Rebellion who will steer them in the right direction.
Individually they may not be several lone people, however together the Rebellion could halt an entire sectors fall to an enemy.
So no Major then?
Not now. It isn’t on the cards until the faction needs to be. The Kathol Outback (A fantastic faction run by [member="Bryce Bantam"] and co, you can check them out here) has the rebellion faction turned major and do it so well there is no point in operating a second one parallel. However those who remember the Kathol before it was the Kathol will see a resemblance between what was the Underground and the Rebellion, but not feel as if we are trying to replace it.
Besides remaining minor will allow us to emphasis the feel of the faction, a ragtag fleet, scattered militaries and resources stretched to allow the fight against well prepared and impressive forces.
What characters are we looking for?
Basically anybody. We run at an individual level as well as a faction level. Any type of character being welcome and encouraged. Be you a business mogul, operating a galactic wide commercial empire yet supplying the Rebellion under the table to assure that trade policies deemed restrictive don’t overtake the galaxy, to a freedom fighter trying to restore their stolen worlds freedom. The opportunities are endless and the moral compass can comfortably remain grey for those who feel limited by their alignment.

Of course they are accepted and we will assure that promotions are a consistent reward for membership and activity should they be deserved.
Considering? Let Us Describe The Cell System To You As Well.
The Rebel Cells make up the Rebellion. Similar to how the Alliance was during the timeline of Rebels and the early Civil War. What this system is in place to do is to allow a player to build up a power base of assets that belong to them and the Rebellion as a whole. These assets could be anything from NPCs to Secret Bases, Companies to Small Fleets of Ships. Each of these assets make up a players Cell and are collected together in a lore library of Codex and Factory submissions for all to see. Being Minor there is great freedom in building smaller cells anywhere in the galaxy, use it to strike against our enemies or aid with the restoration of a war torn planet. Be cautious however as build your cell to close to an enemy factions influence and they will hunt you down with rigorous tenacity.
